The door stopped working on the day after New Year's; it was freezing cold & I couldn't even close it manually. I called several places and this is the only one who would come out the same day. The technician called very quickly and came straight out. A big piece of metal had sheared off, and he went to the supply house, came back within an hour, and fixed everything. He was polite, professional and responsive. Thanks!!

I called on a Sunday morning to see about getting my garage door fixed, and Precision Door Service arrived around noon. Now the garage door works better than before and is much quieter. I still can't believe that I got such fast service on a Sunday! I'm definitely glad I called!

I received excellent and friendly service on a service done recently under warranty. The serviceman fixed and updated the installation according to new guidelines which began after my original installation - all at no charge. He was eager to inform me of all he was doing as he went and was very personable. Now the door operates without a hitch. I highly recommend Precision.

I see other reviewers have commented about the cost. I needed a total garage door replacement. I knew that before the technician first came so there was no attempt to sell me something I did not need. I opted to go with the lifetime warranty and upgraded everything I could upgrade. The door is great, the features are great and the door was installed properly and quickly. I do not ever have to worry about the garage door again, all is covered. Well worth the price I paid.

The appointment was scheduled within 24 hours, and the technician (Aaron) called when he was en route which is always appreciated. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Was very satisfied with the service. Not only was it same day, the tech called before-hand to give us a heads up on the arrival time, arrived when he said he would, was very personable and knowledgeable, had everything he needed to fix the garage doors in his van before he even knew what the problem was, gave us a quick quote and had it all fixed within an hour. I'm not sure how I could ask for better service unless it was free. Great job guys. Good to find companies that still knows what good, honest service is. Will surely pass along your name when given the opportunity.

5stars. Stephan came over at the appointed time and actually called me before so I knew when to meet him. He did a great job. I was concerned about my springs being stripped. He installed new springs and the door works perfectly. I should have called Precision weeks ago. So nice not to have to go into the house to open the garage. I can now just pull up, press the opener and roll on. Wonderful!l
