5stars. Stephan came over at the appointed time and actually called me before so I knew when to meet him. He did a great job. I was concerned about my springs being stripped. He installed new springs and the door works perfectly. I should have called Precision weeks ago. So nice not to have to go into the house to open the garage. I can now just pull up, press the opener and roll on. Wonderful!l

The door stopped working on the day after New Year's; it was freezing cold & I couldn't even close it manually. I called several places and this is the only one who would come out the same day. The technician called very quickly and came straight out. A big piece of metal had sheared off, and he went to the supply house, came back within an hour, and fixed everything. He was polite, professional and responsive. Thanks!!

I received excellent and friendly service on a service done recently under warranty. The serviceman fixed and updated the installation according to new guidelines which began after my original installation - all at no charge.
