It was very easy and convenient to schedule an appointment using the chat feature on their web page. Shane Follis arrived on time and was very courteous. He quickly evaluated my garage door, made some adjustments, and took the time to explain to me a couple of things that I should be aware of. Great service. Thank you Shane!

I purchased a garage door opener about 200 days ago. Yesterday, the entire mechanism collapsed. Called precision, they sent out Brian (amazing!) to fix what a prior installer did poorly. My understanding is that the tech who installed my system is no longer there....that was a good move. Brian was excellent...on time...did a fantastic job.

Sean, Just wanted to drop you a note about Todd Noel, Precision Door Tech who took care of my garage door opener problems. He's awesome! Todd was prompt, courteous & willing to inspect my garage door tracks plus the rollers to insure proper up & down operation. Todd was the 2nd PDS tech who came to fix my garage door problems & was just as competent & courteous as the tech before him. I can't speak for your other techs, often a different person may not be able to give the same service as the original tech. This is not so with Precision Door fortunately for me! All was super!!! Keep up your quality, it pays!!! Thanks R.S. McAdams
