5stars. Stephan came over at the appointed time and actually called me before so I knew when to meet him. He did a great job. I was concerned about my springs being stripped. He installed new springs and the door works perfectly. I should have called Precision weeks ago. So nice not to have to go into the house to open the garage. I can now just pull up, press the opener and roll on. Wonderful!l

The door stopped working on the day after New Year's; it was freezing cold & I couldn't even close it manually. I called several places and this is the only one who would come out the same day. The technician called very quickly and came straight out. A big piece of metal had sheared off, and he went to the supply house, came back within an hour, and fixed everything. He was polite, professional and responsive. Thanks!!

The serviceman fixed and updated the installation according to new guidelines which began after my original installation - all at no charge. I see other reviewers have commented about the cost. I needed a total garage door replacement. I knew that before the technician first came so there was no attempt to sell me something I did not need. I opted to go with the lifetime warranty and upgraded everything I could upgrade. The door is great, the features are great and the door was installed properly and quickly. I do not ever have to worry about the garage door again, all is covered. Well worth the price I paid.
