I received excellent and friendly service on a service done recently under warranty. The serviceman fixed and updated the installation according to new guidelines which began after my original installation - all at no charge. He was eager to inform me of all he was doing as he went and was very personable. Now the door operates without a hitch. I highly recommend Precision.

I see other reviewers have commented about the cost. I needed a total garage door replacement. I knew that before the technician first came so there was no attempt to sell me something I did not need. I opted to go with the lifetime warranty and upgraded everything I could upgrade. The door is great, the features are great and the door was installed properly and quickly. I do not ever have to worry about the garage door again, all is covered. Well worth the price I paid.

Was very satisfied with the service. Not only was it same day, the tech called before-hand to give us a heads up on the arrival time, arrived when he said he would, was very personable and knowledgeable, had everything he needed to fix the garage doors in his van before he even knew what the problem was, gave us a quick quote and had it all fixed within an hour. I'm not sure how I could ask for better service unless it was free. Great job guys. Good to find companies that still knows what good, honest service is. Will surely pass along your name when given the opportunity.

Jeff was courteous, kind, and professional. He called me to let me know he would not be promptly at my door at the scheduled appointment time, thoroughly explained what he needed to do, waited patiently while I made my decision, and provided further information above and beyond what he came out to do. Jeff even fixed parts of the garage door that he was not brought out to do, and my garage door is much quieter now!!

Jeffrey was a good worker and salesman, although we did have to call him back twice after the initial visit for adjustments. We started out with one door not closing all the way and one with an issue with the closer. We ended up with the door that wouldn't close all the way being a manual door, because after Jeffrey had talked my husband into complete spring and cable repair for our 20+ year old wooden doors, at a cost of $1218.00, we could not afford the additional $399 to install a new closer.

Nothing less than pure professionalism. Our installer (Jeff McCabe) was detail-oriented, very friendly, on time and did a spectacular job (I'm very particular about symmetry and he got everything spot on.) It wasn't just a replacement of the former door but an investment in our home.
