Eugene showed up right on schedule to give me an estimate. He told me all the options in a simple, straght-forward, non "salesy" way. Four days later, Jesse arrived right on time and went straight to work. He was friendly, personable, and obviously very experienced. The doors fit perfectly and tightly and are SOO much quieter and better looking than my old ones. Never thought I could be this excited about garage doors! 5+ stars

Everyone was pleasant and courtious. The times were met on schedule, The tech new what he was doing and went right to work and did not goof off.He was very neat and cleaned up every thing. The suipervisor who inspected the finised job was very knowledgable and did offer some tips on what would make his job easier for him and also make the job look better. We were very pleased with every encountewe had with your company and would not hesitate to recomend you.

The problem ended up being very minor. The service technician was prompt and educational about our garage door setup. One of the garage doors didn't work right a couple of days later, but is fine now. We will continue to monitor this. I would definitely use your company again and also recommend Precision to others.

Very professional service from start to finish. I called originally because the remotes weren't working. Brian came out and discovered that we had inadvertently pressed the lock button (I have never owned a garage before and we just bought this house). He reset it and it worked fine for a couple of days. Then it got stuck in the up position, and when we tried to close the door it would go down about 3 inches then go back up. I called Precision back and was informed by a very friendly woman that if the problem was related to the previous visit there would be no charge. Brian came back out and diagnosed the problem as the circuit board. Replacing it would cost about $200.00, but the remotes would not work. My options were operating the door manually (which my wife wouldnâ??t hear of), or purchasing a new opener (the one that stopped working was over 20 years old). We purchased a new unit, Brian installed it, and we are very pleased. It is super quiet and Brian was very thorough in explaining how to operate the unit, and left the garage just as clean as when he arrived. I would HIGHLY recommend Precision Door to anyone.
