The service was outstanding and was a night call at 10 PM He had to change springs and oil all hardware. He was very courteous and performed his job in about an hour. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone.

Having utilized Precision services before, I placed a call due to what I thought might be a problem. Received the same professional and courteous service from the beginning call to the actual service performed by James McKinney. While James was there to inspect my door he did find that I needed to have a cable replaced that was damaged, to my delight he told me that it was under warranty and replaced it a no charge. While he was there I did ask if he had the parts and could he replace the seal on the bottom of my garage door. When checking he said that he had the rubber seal but didn't have the retainer on his truck due to the previous service call he had been on, he immediately placed a call to Lawrence Palmer who had serviced my door in the past and wasn't far from him, and within 20 mins he had gotten the retainer and returned to fix my door. I can't express how grateful I am for services received and also to have such a Professional Organization, Technical and Team oriented individuals available when emergencies arise, Best of the Best !!!!!!! Why anyone would consider calling another organization is beyond me - Thanks much - James Ledbetter

When I called for an estimate to repair my door (on a Sunday), I had no idea that someone would be out the same day for the estimate and complete the job. The technician, Lawrence Palmer was outstanding. He came in assessed the situation and gave us our options. Was very personable and seemed very dedicated to his job and employer. The only negative was the cost. Seemed very expensive for the work that was done. All in all, highly recommend Precision Door Service.

The technician Cole McCollum arrived on time if not a little early to repair my garage door, The door had multiple problems and required a complete overhaul including a new torsion spring, new cables, new end bearings, new center bearing, new drums and new rollers. Mr McCollum was exceptionally polite, well organized and highly competent. He completed a rather complicated repair in about 2 1/2 hours. Because of better quality parts, the end product was a system that now works much smoother than it did when it was new and exceeded my expectations. Outstanding job!!!

First off i would like to say that i was impressed talking with Jeff, his knowledge of what was going on, nice and courteous. But what i was told when i called was not very close to what i paid, plus on top of that i was charged a $20 fuel charge that i was never told about. I was told between $78 and $178 but paid $250. I called to complain and a manager called Sunday and again was very nice and we talked for 30 minutes. Before he called i would of never used them again but after talking to them i do believe they do good work. I am thinking about having doors replaced and will probably give them a shot at replacing doors.

Being in the Service Industry for 42+ years I always took great pride in providing services superior of my competition. After receiving services from Precision, I truly believe Precision Garage Door organization to be second to none in providing only the best in Products and Services. From the outstanding and in-depth information provided on the Website to the initial first call to make an appointment, only to be followed up by the Professional Services by the technician Lawrence Palmer, the entire experience was a breath of fresh air. First impression of Mr. Palmer was his professional demeanor and expedience in his arrival time. Mr. Palmer thoroughly explained to me exactly what was needed for repair, the cost and the warranty. I purchased the over-haul package and it was well worth it, my garage door hasn't worked this well and as quite since I had this home built 20 years ago. He did recommend that I should add an extra spring due to the size and weight of the door and I have to say I always wondered why I didn't have double springs originally, this is a big heavy door and I now feel safer for my family when opening and closing it. Just want to say Thanks to the Precision Organization, the Appointment Phone Staff and the Technicians, specifically Mr. Palmer, I would without doubt recommend the Precision Group for any of your Garage needs - James Ledbetter -
