It was an accident. I looked in the Yellow Pages and they were next to a garage door business I had called about the problem, but they had fumbled the ball. I liked the lady who handled the call at Precision. She was professional and helpful. The technician who came out was also knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, a good experience. I would give 4 1/2 stars, but that's not available.

Our service call was warranty related, the sensor beam was not functioning properly. The technician was extremely courteous in calling to let us know he was running late from the job just ahead of ours. When he arrived, he apologized for being late but was again very courteous and friendly. We have had no further problems.

Precision had previously done work on my 20-year old garage door when the motor sounded but the door would not open. Adjustments were made and the door was functioning again. The problem reoccurred four months later, but this time the door became operational again when the technician arrived. I will continue to use my current door opener and only replace it if the problem occurs again.

We purchased a new garage door from Precision. Shane Hawk our Technician was very professional and efficent. He explained what he was going to do, when he would do it and followed through. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly. He cleaned up everything and swept the area when he was done. Shane even took the time to explain how the door worked when I had questions. The receptionist was very efficient in taking all my information and in setting up the appointment. The tech was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information before he began the repair work. Eugene showed up right on schedule to give me an estimate. He told me all the options in a simple, straght-forward, non "salesy" way. Four days later, Jesse arrived right on time and went straight to work. He was friendly, personable, and obviously very experienced. The problem ended up being very minor. The service technician was prompt and educational about our garage door setup. One of the garage doors didn't work right a couple of days later, but is fine now. We will continue to monitor this. I would definitely use your company again and also recommend Precision to others.
