I found you in the yellow pages and was drawn to your ad by the 24/7 service. I called around 10:30 and was treated royally and Ricky called around 12:45 and said he would be there at 1:00 and he was. He explained what I needed done gave me a price and started work. He as done in no time at all and the door works great, better than it ever has.

The main thing that attracted me to Precision was your evening appointments and located in Pegram Area. You get a 5-Star rating. Service performed was to replace springs, rollers, cables and balance/adjust door.

I chose Precision because you had Saturday service, and I chose it on the internet, and then I heard about it on the radio. I needed my garage door repaired because it was working sporadically. The repairman was on time, which was very good, and he fixed it quickly, but it wasn't fixed when he left; but I called him back, and he returned later in the day and figured out what was really wrong with it and fixed it.

We found your company based on an add in the Yellow Pages. The technician, Jared Ange, came to our house late on Sunday afternoon and got to work. He completed an overhaul of our garage door and added a second spring to it. Our garage door works better than it ever has and we received a lifetime warranty on the repair.
