I chose Precision because you had Saturday service, and I chose it on the internet, and then I heard about it on the radio. I needed my garage door repaired because it was working sporadically. The repairman was on time, which was very good, and he fixed it quickly, but it wasn't fixed when he left; but I called him back, and he returned later in the day and figured out what was really wrong with it and fixed it.

The technician explained the mechanics of the door to me, so that I could make an educated decision about the repairs needed. He gave me up-front costs on all parts and labor, along with the warranty information. The technician repaired the door so quickly, my day off from work was cut short. Very polite, honest, and efficient.

We had a great experience with the technician and also with the new garage door opener we had installed. Ben was/is a great tech and knows his work when it comes to installation and any repairs. We found your company based on an add in the Yellow Pages. The technician, Jared Ange, came to our house late on Sunday afternoon and got to work. He completed an overhaul of our garage door and added a second spring to it. Our garage door works better than it ever has and we received a lifetime warranty on the repair. Jared's service was great!
