We have a new build in West Nashville. Our motherboard from our previous builder (Horrman) completely went out. Precision was able to get a person out to assess it within 24hrs of calling and although they could not fix the problem, replaced my motherboard with a new system within 2 hours. Would recommend. 10/10 service and professionalism.

I called Precision this morning because I bumped my garage door with the car yesterday and it would not close. I was told a service tech would be at my home between 10 - 12. Robert Barnett arrived at my home before 11:00 AM and he was fantastic!. He was very courteous and hard working. He soon had our door working properly and for a very reasonable price.
