Your technician was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did exactly what was needed and explained everything as he went along. He pointed out additional services that may make the doors work better but there was no high pressure sales push. I was very pleased.

I chose precision because they serviced my garage door several years ago and did such a great job. I equally pleased with my service again. The technician was on time. He was polite and professional. He also went the extra mile to determine that the repair was under warranty and left me with a full inspection report.

Lyle did a great job repairing our garage door. We have not had anymore trouble with the door opening automatically without pushing the buttons or using the remotes. Lyle was very professional, showed up on time and made the repairs in a timely manner. Lyle was very personable and answered all questions that we had.

I HIGHLY recommend Precision Door! My garage door would not open (nor could it be manually raised) so I called Precision to place a service call. When I explained the situation, they sent a tech out immediately and my door was fixed within an hour. The serviceman, Brandon, was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!!!

Showed up EARLY (which never happens) and very polite and informational. They were able to analyze and make a recommendation, but since the door is still under warranty I have to go through my builder for the final fix. But in the future, I would will use them and highly recommend them.

Amazing experience. To be honest, I chose your company because you were the one in the area that operated on the weekend. When I called, the woman who answered the phone was great and very helpful. Dillon was my technician and I couldn’t have been happier. He texted me throughout the day to let me know when he thought he would be able to get here. Once he arrived, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the problem and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend your company and definitely Dillon in the future. Thank you.
