I am very pleased with the service we received from Precision. Our garage door opener quit working Thursday, we called and they sent a technician Friday afternoon. He we on time, professional and time efficient. We are so pleased with our new opener. I will definitely use Precision in the future.

The service man was great. He actually called and asked to come a little earlier than our appointment. He was very knowledgable and efficient. He also helped us understand a little more about what caused the problem with our door. We only wish that he had worn a mask as we have health issues and are seriously staying at home to avoid contact with other people right now.

I'm so appreciative because I was exhausted from parking my car on the street and walking up 4 stairs to my front door, now I can use my garage and walk up 2 stairs lol lol My old door was very loud when opening and closing, now I can barely here it when I sneak out of my house. My spring on my garage door broke last month. I called precision doors to give me an estimate they were very reasonable . I had my door repaired by them. The technician was very good and knowledgeable with all my questions that I ask. I had another problem with my door just the other day that was not related to what I just had fixed precision doors came out the very next day and fix my door. My garage door opener broke as I was leaving the house this morning. I looked on Google and Premier Garage Door and Repair Service’s in popped up and looked great! I called and the receptionist was very nice and professional. They came this afternoon and put my new garage door opener in TODAY!!! Jason was very informative and professional. I love the new opener! It is quiet, has a pad outside to open the door, a new indoor opener AND an app to operate it from my phone. I can even get deliveries in my garage through the app. I’m sorry to have to get a new opener but it is such an improvement on the old one!!!!

I recently had Precision Garage Door Service out to my house for repairs and was so pleasantly surprised with their promptness. I called on a Saturday, they came Sunday morning right on time. Repairs were explained clearly and took just about an hour. I was given three options for repairs to accommodate my budget. I was really please with the experience and will recommend PGDS to anyone who asks!
