I HIGHLY recommend Precision Door! My garage door would not open (nor could it be manually raised) so I called Precision to place a service call. When I explained the situation, they sent a tech out immediately and my door was fixed within an hour. The serviceman, Brandon, was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!!!

Showed up EARLY (which never happens) and very polite and informational. They were able to analyze and make a recommendation, but since the door is still under warranty I have to go through my builder for the final fix. But in the future, I would will use them and highly recommend them.

Amazing experience. To be honest, I chose your company because you were the one in the area that operated on the weekend. When I called, the woman who answered the phone was great and very helpful. Dillon was my technician and I couldn’t have been happier. He texted me throughout the day to let me know when he thought he would be able to get here. Once he arrived, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the problem and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend your company and definitely Dillon in the future. Thank you.

Technician Thomas was professional and knowledge about his job. Got my garage door up and running in about 30 minutes. Would have given 5 stars but I felt the fees was somewhat pricey.

They came out very quickly, and the technition was very kind. I was told that the service fee was 65 dollars. When he came out he said it was really 20 extra dollars to keep the truck stocked. So it was really 85 dollars for them to come out. I was disappointed that they misled me about the price. I asked them how much it would cost for them to come out. The person on the phone clealy lied about the price.

We're very sorry for the misunderstanding Mrs. Plemmons. The customer service rep did quote you correctly on the phone. It is only $65 for a service fee to the home but we do have a $10 or $20 surcharge when a repair is made or parts are sold depending on the total of the sale. Justin is also still fairly new to the company & didn't realize to waive the service fee for you. We greatly value you as a customer & appreciate your business. We will refund that service fee to you & get it in the mail on Monday & I wanted to thank you again for using Precision Garage Door Svc! Have a great rest of your weekend!!!

I had the greatest experience with Precision. Mike Williams was my tech and he is awesome. He was ahead of schedule, called to see if he could come early, completely upfront with me about my issue, how to fix and the cost. He’s a very nice and friendly guy. I would highly recommend Precision for anyone needing repairs on their garage door. If I could rate them (and Mike) on a 10 star scale they would absolutely get 10 stars!
