David installed my new garage door motor, wheels and pulley system and did a great job then. He returned this morning to make a minor adjustment to the height my garage would go up...he was done in 15 minutes. I have enjoyed working with David.

Great job!!!!! Very professional and knew how to have fun as well. Very refreshing in this day and age. Old door removed, new door installed. Technicians knew what they were doing and were able, and willing to go the extra mile to make this door right. I live in a log house, so nothing is perfect and square. They guys had to think outside the box to make this install perfect, and were able to do this. 5 stars definitely. Have already recommended your services to others.

absolutely the best--I backed into the door--called Precision-they came that afternoon secured the door and ordered a panel for the door when the panel came in the brought it out and in an hour or so they were done--all I had to do was stay out of the way courteous guys Mike and Casey--top drawer.

I had a problem with my garage, which is built onto the house, when the door would not close leaving my home wide open. This occurred on a Sunday. It's hard to find someone on Sunday. However, my phone call to Precision Door Service was answered right away. Although it took a while, the employee/tech who came out, Troy, was very impressive in the manner in which he handled his business. He was very courteous, polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and I didn't feel as if I was being short-changed. I feel that I received an honest assessment and a fair deal. I'm very impressed with the way this company does business and the positive impression left by one of there employees. I highly recommend this business, and I will be calling on them again. Hopefully, not anytime soon!

Shane was terrific! My garage is older, it has drop-down ceilings, which presented a more difficult installation. At the end of the day, it was beautiful, worked perfectly, he did a great job of showing me all of the features etc. Even went to the extent of programming my car for separate garage doors. Thomas Hoffman was my technician and he did a great job explaining what he was going to do and answering questions. He arrived early (only after calling first to make sure it was ok), assessed the repair and did not perform any repair without my approval. My door received a spring overhaul and it has never worked better or more quietly. He also installed a new keypad. I would recommend Precision and Mr. Hoffman to anyone needing garage door repairs.

A neighbor said her son used Precision in the past. I checked on Nextdoor at Forest Hills but didn't see Precision. I'm so happy I went with my neighbor's recommendation. My garage door opener stopped functioning the and backup battery was beeping! My time was scheduled for 9-12 but the they were able to come earlier which was perfect. Jared and his assistant (didn't get his name) were very personable and informative. The door opener simply needed to be reset and I opted for a new backup battery. While he didn't push any service, he noted the problems with the door cable and springs, I'm considering replacing these. I asked for an estimate for hooking up a separate door opener that was in place for the second garage door but never in operation. An estimate was given and they were able to complete the operation at the same visit. I am extremely pleased with the service, the prompt timing and kindness of Jared and his partner. I definitely recommend Precision.
