My spring on my garage door broke last month. I called precision doors to give me an estimate they were very reasonable . I had my door repaired by them. The technician was very good and knowledgeable with all my questions that I ask. I had another problem with my door just the other day that was not related to what I just had fixed precision doors came out the very next day and fix my door. My garage door opener broke as I was leaving the house this morning. I looked on Google and Premier Garage Door and Repair Service’s in popped up and looked great! I called and the receptionist was very nice and professional. They came this afternoon and put my new garage door opener in TODAY!!! Jason was very informative and professional. I love the new opener! It is quiet, has a pad outside to open the door, a new indoor opener AND an app to operate it from my phone. I can even get deliveries in my garage through the app. I’m sorry to have to get a new opener but it is such an improvement on the old one!!!!

I appreciate your attempts to fix my door issue and your offer of good, better, best options costing between $600-$1000 to rectify my issue. But 10 minutes after your technician departed the problem re-occurred. So after I got home from work I adjusted the sensor that lets the control board know the door is down and that appears to have solved the issue the technician did not observe, identify and fix. Since I was able to resolve the issue I see no need to move forward with any of the options proposed. Thank you for your attempt at resolving the issue. Even though he was unable to fix the door, he did lubricate all the parts. So the door is quieter. So I guess the $65 was worth it.

Service man returned to replace old opener after we have waited all weekend to get it fixed. He DROPPED IT! He is now returning to the business to get another one!! He better be back soon or we will be leaving a message on the internet. Not happy about this. He came on Monday just to reset it. It worked once. We called back immediately and he returned today. Dropped it, and now we are still waiting. If you knew it was bad, you should have come and replaced it immediately.
