My husband and I chose Precision because it was BBB rated and couldn't miss the nice ad in the phone book. I made an early morning call, after finding that I could not get out of my garage. At first, I was told it could be 7 PM before getting a tech to me. A few minutes later, a call came and a tech was in my area and would be at my door within an hour. A broken spring was replaced and I was able to get out of my garage by mid day, thanks to tech David.

CJ knows his business inside and out. He did not try to repair panels on a 14 year old garage door at my daughter's home. He said that it would be much cheaper in the long run if whole door was replaced, and I agreed with him. Door will be ordered and then installed. Will give a review when the new door is installed. I didn't know who to call when my garage door spring broke ! So I Googled it ! Precision had over 100 reviews with a near perfect ??rating for my county !!! These people need to be teaching everyone else how it's supposed to be done ! The app confirmation came to my email, same day , with the guys picture and he calls and shows up in a company marked Truck and uniform !!! My wife was at home with 2 grand children and let him in and has not stopped talking about how great it was having a professional in and out in under 2 hours !! I mean it, these folks need to be training other companies !! I highly recommend them ????

We were very pleased with the work done by Precision door. The door spring broke late Monday night and by Tuesday afternoon it had been fixed and works now better than ever. The new springs and pulley make the door go up and down more easily than ever. The repair man was really good and let me know what my options were. The price seemed kind of high, but after calling 2 other places, Precision had the best price also. 5 stars overall.
