The Tech replaced our old, broken garage door opener system with a new one, converting it to a torsion system in the process. It ended up being challenging work as he had to make a number of adjustments, but he was friendly and courteous throughout. My one small complaint is that he put in a new opener without checking to see where our attic door was first! We had to cut off some of the attic door wood to be able to open it. But, we have a small garage, and it's a minor complaint. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this company.

Thank you for promptly answering our call for help. Yesterday, the spring on our garage door broke and my car was stuck in the garage. I called today and was answered promptly. When we decided the level of service required, he began work and had my door working much sooner than I expected. I will recommend your company to everyone.

The technician pointed out a few things that we may want to do in the future but wasn't pushy on trying to up-sale. I will be recommending and using Precision in the future.

Very personable service call. Knowledgeable about the product. My only regret is that I really wanted an American or German made product instead of the Chinese made unit. I hope it last at least as long as the Chamberlain unit (old unit still working but needed a new belt after 15 years!) Also bought the nylon rollers and an extra strut and the door operates almost silently. The door and hardware is over 23 years old. Very satisfied so far.
