Contacted Precision late Monday night and scheduled our appointment Tuesday morning with the assistance of two very professional and knowledgeable schedulers, Theresa and Becka. Both were very customer service oriented and respectful. Our technician called early this morning and gave me a window for arrival and confirmed our address. Lyle Rowan arrived as scheduled and introduced himself, confirmed I was the client he was looking for and then quickly assessed our situation. Lyle then explained three options for us to consider for the needed repairs. Lyle is most knowledgeable on his products and what needed to be accomplished. Mr. Rowan was respectful, fastidious in cleaning up the work area and most professional. Mr. Rowan is an asset to Precision.

Repair man was nice but the problem was not fixed and we still paid $154 for less than 5 minutes of work. They are coming out again tomorrow so we will see if they can fix it again.

Your company supplied and installed a high-quality set of garage doors and the installer, Shane Follis, sure demonstrated that he knows what he's doing. Shane is a professional in the very best sense of the word. Given our double garage's apparently non-standard entry frame, Shane spent what he explained was a well-above average number of hours installing the new garage doors. He explained that the extra effort was the kind of thing that kept his work interesting -- he worked straight through the lunch period and well into the late afternoon. Shane is the kind of employee who makes Precision Doors look very good. The bottom line: The doors look and work great -- and surely Shane is one of your stars!

I called at 9:30 am needing garage opener service. Serviceman was scheduled for 2-4. He arrived inspected the door and opener. Thoroughly explained issues and cost to remedy. By 5:30 pm I had a complete door overhaul and a new opener installed and in service. So professional and no mess left behind.

Discovered the broken spring on our garage door around 11;00 this morning. Googled and found Precision Garage Door service, called and by 3:00 the door spring was replaced. We also chose to have some other parts that were worn replaced. Now the door opens and closes much smoother and quieter than before. The Tech replaced our old, broken garage door opener system with a new one, converting it to a torsion system in the process. It ended up being challenging work as he had to make a number of adjustments, but he was friendly and courteous throughout. My one small complaint is that he put in a new opener without checking to see where our attic door was first! We had to cut off some of the attic door wood to be able to open it. But, we have a small garage, and it's a minor complaint. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this company.
