Will showed up first thing the next morning, replaced the spring, replaced everything else, got it done very quickly, and had to do it in freezing temps. Such a top rate company. My new garage door install was difficult because of how the builder installed it originally. These guys worked forever to get it right and it is perfect. Besides being so quiet you can barely hear it when it opens or closes, it is attractive as well. From the guy who sold us the door to the men who installed it, I was very pleased. I am totally satisfied with Precision and would not hesitate to recommend them.

To our dismay, our garage door only opened half-way. We eventually got the car out and called Precision. Delightfully, we were told a technician would be out later THAT DAY!
