I called on a Saturday night with a broken spring and not being able to get into my garage. Will showed up first thing the next morning, replaced the spring, replaced everything else, got it done very quickly, and had to do it in freezing temps. He was very nice, respectful, and explained everything he was doing. Wonderful experience!

Such a top rate company. My new garage door install was difficult because of how the builder installed it originally. These guys worked forever to get it right and it is perfect. Besides being so quiet you can barely hear it when it opens or closes, it is attractive as well. From the guy who sold us the door to the men who installed it, I was very pleased. I am totally satisfied with Precision and would not hesitate to recommend them.

To our dismay, our garage door only opened half-way. We eventually got the car out and called Precision. Delightfully, we were told a technician would be out later THAT DAY! We received a text indicating who the technician would be, his bio, and when he would arrive. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Precision was recommended to me by my neighbor. I called late afternoon on a Saturday and was surprised to have an appointment for the following Monday morning. At the time of my call I wasn't sure if I needed repair or replacement of my garage door opener. The maintenance tech arrived promptly Monday morning, following Covid-19 rules. within minutes i was provided with details of the problem and presented with detailed options and cost of repair or replacement. I chose repair. The tech had everything he needed informing me the task would be complete in about 30 minutes. The repair was completed on time and under estimated cost. From my initial phone call to payment of invoice Precision was courteous, professional, and competent. Exactly what my neighbor told me of his experience, several years ago. It is still true today! Thank you I highly recommend contacting Precision for your garage door needs.

Contacted Precision late Monday night and scheduled our appointment Tuesday morning with the assistance of two very professional and knowledgeable schedulers, Theresa and Becka. Both were very customer service oriented and respectful. Our technician called early this morning and gave me a window for arrival and confirmed our address. Lyle Rowan arrived as scheduled and introduced himself, confirmed I was the client he was looking for and then quickly assessed our situation. Lyle then explained three options for us to consider for the needed repairs. Lyle is most knowledgeable on his products and what needed to be accomplished. Mr. Rowan was respectful, fastidious in cleaning up the work area and most professional. Mr. Rowan is an asset to Precision.
