The serviceman Jason Steele came to repair our garage door. But after he took a look and replaced our track we decided to buy a new door. He was very nice and professional but not pushy. Will give 4 stars for Jason. I can not comment on the door because it will take 28 weeks before we get it. The track Jason put allows us to use our door for now.

We had an emergency, when early in the morning our garage door spring suddenly broke. We could not get the door opened again to go to work. We called Precision and they immediately sent Jason out to repair it. He arrived 45 minutes later and had the springs replace and the door working great in 30 minutes. He was very professional and a great Technician. Thanks again Jason and company.

I was visiting my parents for Christmas. My mother informed me of a problem with the garage door. I noticed the spring had snapped in half. Called Precision door service because they advertised same day service and they had received good reviews from other customers. Had a wonderful experience with Dillon this morning! I had a 20 year old garage door that was on its last leg! Dillon provided me with the options of fixing old door,new motor, new this, new that! We then discussed a new fresh door with outdoor keypad all new weatherproofing, 2 remotes, smoother glides all the works! He was very honest and have a new door ordered!
