Sales team is horrible. I was told it would only take 6 weeks to have it installed and it turned into almost 8 months. Would not return calls or keep me informed of the status. It even got to the point where I was ready to cancel the contract and let them keep the money I had already pain. Price was comparable to two other quotes I got.

A friend recommended Precision for my garage door tune up as she had excellent results on service and the lifetime warranty. My technician, Jason Steele, was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything about my current garage door and was quick and efficient with the tune up. I requested several estimates on new garage doors.

I never thought of this happening, but I used my remote from inside my car to open the garage door and back out. In a hurry and seeing light of day in the rear view mirror, I backed slowly out, however I hit the last panel of the garage door. I called Precision and Brandon came to assess the situation-explaining the workings of the opening system and offering solutions. Fortunately, the door still operates and has a little, barely noticable kink that hardly affects the esthetics. I've made a decision to hold off an replacement but would not hesitate to call Precision or recommend them in the future

Company was quick to come out but I must say a single size door spring/bearing replacement and about 20-25 minutes labor $430+ is very high. Had no choice since I could not get the car out. If I have further needs, I will definitely look around.

Jason arrived promptly on schedule. A spring had snapped on one side of my double door. The door is an older door & I advised him I was not interested in a door replacement at this time. He told me that he could not replace the springs the way the original one was done & explained how the new way would be done. I agreed that the new way was a better way & asked him to do the work. He completed the work in approximately an hour and the door is much quieter & operates smoother than before. Jason was very knowledgeable & efficient. Highly recommend the company & Jason!

In May 2015 Precision Garage Door Service of Nashville installed a “top of the line” insulated garage door with windows and the LiftMaster #8550 Elite Series 3/4HP with built-in battery and MyQ Technology. Since the install this garage door and system has performed flawlessly with me doing the maintenance. I decided to engage Precision to do a check-up of my door and system seeing as it has been in use for seven years and they sent out Robert Barnett to take care of me. To use Robert’s words…the “door and equipment still look and operate like they are new”. Robert went through the entire system, ran tests, and didn’t even see the need to lubricate the system. He provided me some tips on maintaining my system in good condition and even showed me a diagnostic tip on the MyQ App. Overall…an exceptional experience and Robert took great care of me. The serviceman Jason Steele came to repair our garage door. But after he took a look and replaced our track we decided to buy a new door. He was very nice and professional but not pushy. Will give 4 stars for Jason. I can not comment on the door because it will take 28 weeks before we get it. The track Jason put allows us to use our door for now.
