Great company. they came right out and their tech Jason Steele was wonderful. explained everything in detail. I would now not use any other company to fix my garage door. Got new spring, new rollers and he wired the door opener and set all of the remotes.

On my way to work I backed into my garage door when it didn’t open all the way. I was so frustrated and worried about how much it would cost to repair, not to mention my car being trapped in the garage. From the moment I called the number on the website, I felt reassured and less stressed. Brandon was able to come out the same day, I got a text before he arrived with a photo and a short bio to know what to expect. He fixed my door in no time flat and it was operational and looking as if nothing had ever happened in less than an hour. Brandon made sure I had no questions or concerns before he left. In May 2015 Precision Garage Door Service of Nashville installed a “top of the line” insulated garage door with windows and the LiftMaster #8550 Elite Series 3/4HP with built-in battery and MyQ Technology. Since the install this garage door and system has performed flawlessly with me doing the maintenance. I decided to engage Precision to do a check-up of my door and system seeing as it has been in use for seven years and they sent out Robert Barnett to take care of me. To use Robert’s words…the “door and equipment still look and operate like they are new”. Robert went through the entire system, ran tests, and didn’t even see the need to lubricate the system. He provided me some tips on maintaining my system in good condition and even showed me a diagnostic tip on the MyQ App. Overall…an exceptional experience and Robert took great care of me. Thanks Precision…you installed an excellent system that is still running great today!

The serviceman Jason Steele came to repair our garage door. But after he took a look and replaced our track we decided to buy a new door. He was very nice and professional but not pushy. Will give 4 stars for Jason. I can not comment on the door because it will take 28 weeks before we get it. The track Jason put allows us to use our door for now.

We had an emergency, when early in the morning our garage door spring suddenly broke. We could not get the door opened again to go to work. We called Precision and they immediately sent Jason out to repair it. He arrived 45 minutes later and had the springs replace and the door working great in 30 minutes. I was visiting my parents for Christmas. My mother informed me of a problem with the garage door. I noticed the spring had snapped in half. Called Precision door service because they advertised same day service and they had received good reviews from other customers. Had a wonderful experience with Dillon this morning! I had a 20 year old garage door that was on its last leg! Dillon provided me with the options of fixing old door,new motor, new this, new that! We then discussed a new fresh door with outdoor keypad all new weatherproofing, 2 remotes, smoother glides all the works! He was very honest and have a new door ordered!

This is not the first time I have used Precision. They are prompt to respond and the technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. Brandon did a superb job on installing a new garage door opener. He was very thorough in explaining the functions of the remotes, safety aspects, and maintenance to extend the life of the opener.
