Great Customer Service. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Called at 10 and the technician arrived by 1:00. New opener was installed in around an hour. Precision put in a new garage door for us a few years ago and we had excellent service at that time. So when we started having issues with our door going down this weekend, we called and were given a time slot the very same day. The technician (Preston Waddell) that came out to service our door was within the time frame given to us. He was very professional, was friendly and fixed our garage door!! He is a great asset to Precision Garage Door Service!!
Thank you Mr. Jones for choosing Precision Door Service for your garage door needs. I am happy to hear Preston showed up on time and corrected your problem in a timely manner. We looked forward to working with you for any of your garage door needs in the future.

"Precisely" what I needed. Awesome experience with these guys. Garage door was a bit off track. Jack came out, quickly, analyzed the problem and gave me *options* on what we could do. "We can get you up and running for x, my recommendation is y, and here are z possibilities" I took his recommendation and we also decided to replace the opener itself. He explained the differences in service and warranty very well. Even programed my car before leaving. Very happy with the service. I would highly recommend to anyone, and will also be utilizing them again for any future needs.
