We have called Precision door service a couple times for issues with our garage door. They have always been extremely responsive and available based on my schedule and needs. This last time Preston Waddell was our service technician and he was so awesome!! Respectful, very quickly identified the issue and replaced the part. He addressed all our concerns very quickly and with a smile on his face. Absolutely will call precision for all our garage needs in the future.

Jason Steele did a great job repairing our garage door that was installed by Precision some years ago by Shane Follis. Repair was for failed automatic door lock. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I called Tuesday night for an appointment and received a Wednesday mid-morning repair that Jason called that he would be on time with the needed part for repair. Great service.

Had a great experience with Precision Door today. I called one day and they were here the next and on time. My tech was Jason and he solved the garage door problem and also took the time to discuss with me maintenance that I can do one a semi-annual basis to keep the door in good working condition. Jack came to our house around 5:30 in the afternoon. Our garage door was making a lot of noise. Jack said that for now all it really needed was some lubricant and explained why it was making the noise when opening and closing. He also gave us an estimate if we wanted to replace cables and rollers in the near future. I was impressed with Jack - very friendly and did not try to oversell anything.
