I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received. Within an hour and a half of contacting precision, I was meeting our technician Shane at my house. He carefully explained about the problem and the cost for repair, giving several options. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and was finished in just over an hour. Although I hope I never have to use them again, I would not hesitate to do so.

This had to be the best experience I have ever had when it comes to hiring out for a home repair. I found Precision by searching for garage door repair online and checking out their website. I loved the site so I gave them a call. Shane, my technician, was at my house within the hour. Shane was very professional and I could tell he enjoys his job. He was very kind and had a very no pressure inspection on my garage door. He replaced the springs, rollers, pulleys, cables, and maybe a couple more minor things in just about 1.5 hours! We experienced an emergency garage door situation and had to schedule a Saturday service call. Although resolving the problem turned out to be a little more costly that we had hoped,the technician was extremely informative as to what the problem was and how to solve it. He also offered expert advice on just how our garage door operates, and pointed out the items that would serve our needs in a more positive way. There was no "hard sell pitch" or anything like that. We now have an upgraded garage door that has a lifetime warranty. He was great, and worked very efficiently. We have used this company before, and experienced the same professional yet friendly service. I highly recommend this company!

On a Saturday, one of my door springs broke. I called the company whose sticker was on my garage door and who advertised 24-hour emergency service, but got no return phone call. I called Precision and got an appointment for later in the day. A little while later, James called me and said he could be there in about 20 minutes, which was about 3 hours earlier than I had expected. He showed up as he promised and was professional and courteous throughout the visit. (I had already read his bio online and knew who to expect.) While he didn't try to "sell" me anything, he explained the different services available (besides repairing the broken spring). I ended up going with an overhaul, and not only is the door working again, it is much quieter than before. I would definitely recommend your company to others.

If I was just rating the tech and the quality of work, I would rate it at 5 or better. James is fast, knowledgeable and is a very professional young man. He showed up on time (actually he called and asked if he could come early, which worked out great for me, as I had to return to work). He identified my problem immediately, laid out my options, with no high pressure or scare sales tactics, and took care of it. Now our garage door works great and is about a hundred times quieter. My only minor complaint is that $700 for the 'overhaul' package seems a little high for an hour of work and probably less than $50 worth of hardware. It may pay off in the long run though because of the lifetime transferable warranty.
