On a Saturday, one of my door springs broke. I called the company whose sticker was on my garage door and who advertised 24-hour emergency service, but got no return phone call. I called Precision and got an appointment for later in the day. A little while later, James called me and said he could be there in about 20 minutes, which was about 3 hours earlier than I had expected. He showed up as he promised and was professional and courteous throughout the visit. (I had already read his bio online and knew who to expect.) While he didn't try to "sell" me anything, he explained the different services available (besides repairing the broken spring). I ended up going with an overhaul, and not only is the door working again, it is much quieter than before. I would definitely recommend your company to others.

I pretty much knew what the double door needed from the beginning, and Mr. McKinney confirmed what I was thinking. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. If I was just rating the tech and the quality of work, I would rate it at 5 or better. James is fast, knowledgeable and is a very professional young man. He showed up on time (actually he called and asked if he could come early, which worked out great for me, as I had to return to work). He identified my problem immediately, laid out my options, with no high pressure or scare sales tactics, and took care of it. Now our garage door works great and is about a hundred times quieter. My only minor complaint is that $700 for the 'overhaul' package seems a little high for an hour of work and probably less than $50 worth of hardware. It may pay off in the long run though because of the lifetime transferable warranty.

Hi: Tech was on time for preset day to repair sprung spring & evaluate condition of 14 yr. old Clopay door. Door was functional before tech arrived. After signing the required contract, he went about his business to replace springs, guide/safety wire & rollers. Door was operational & much quieter after repair. Tech also gave option of different guarantees for different prices & required payment before leaving. Total cost a little over $400.

Outstanding service and pricing! I let my "fingers do the walking" and also Googled and came across Precision's ad. After reading information and reviews on website I decided to give them a try for a broken garage door spring for my 2-car garage. Precision was able to get a technician (Rick) out the same day (at no additional charge) just before the holidays. Rick was able to assess the repairs, give repair options and provided accurate pricing estimates. Rick completed the repairs within an hour and left no evidence that he had ever been there. James was a great technician. Although I felt the price was a little high for a complete overhaul of my garage door($819), it sure is nice to have the door working again. The door only worked for one day after the initial repair, but when I called to report the trouble the service was excellent and James returned to make some adjustments and the door is now working...even when it is cold. I will call Precision again for garage door or garage door opener needs.
