Hi: Tech was on time for preset day to repair sprung spring & evaluate condition of 14 yr. old Clopay door. Door was functional before tech arrived. After signing the required contract, he went about his business to replace springs, guide/safety wire & rollers. Door was operational & much quieter after repair. Tech also gave option of different guarantees for different prices & required payment before leaving. Total cost a little over $400.

Outstanding service and pricing! I let my "fingers do the walking" and also Googled and came across Precision's ad. After reading information and reviews on website I decided to give them a try for a broken garage door spring for my 2-car garage. Precision was able to get a technician (Rick) out the same day (at no additional charge) just before the holidays. Rick was able to assess the repairs, give repair options and provided accurate pricing estimates. Rick completed the repairs within an hour and left no evidence that he had ever been there. My wife was impressed with Rick's friendliness, knowledge and professionalism. I would not hesitate to use Precision for any future repair work. Stop looking around and call Precision.

Dear Precision, I am happy to write a review for your company! I contacted several different companies in the YELLOW Pages and found that your pricing was half that of your competitors. You gave me a quote over the phone with no gimmicks or caveats and arranged a time frame for your employee to come out that fit my time schedule. Your man showed up on time, diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and even adjusted and lubricated my whole system. Your price was what you quoted, and the work was done right. James was a great technician. Although I felt the price was a little high for a complete overhaul of my garage door($819), it sure is nice to have the door working again. The door only worked for one day after the initial repair, but when I called to report the trouble the service was excellent and James returned to make some adjustments and the door is now working...even when it is cold. I will call Precision again for garage door or garage door opener needs.

Researching online I found reviews to be helpful. The ability to be at the house quickly, and the actual repair only took about 30 minutes (new torsion springs). Service was quick, professional, door works better now, and Jared was friendly, answered questions, quick, and professional. I also go to use their on-line coupon!

The technician, Jeff Zook, was very professional. He called before arriving and then arrived at the beginning of the appointment period. He clearly showed me the worn bearings and discussed my options. I already knew one of the torsion bar springs was broken and both needed to be replaced. I selected the deluxe package with the lifetime warranty. He then did the repair efficiently and thoroughly. I am very pleased with the result.

As a single woman who does not want to be taken advantage of when it comes to home repairs, I cannot say enough good things about Precision Garage Doors!!! We had a problem with our door on a Sat.morning. I called around and found that everyone I called was closed for the weekend. I should of planned the break for a week day. nothing should break on the week-end. When I came across Precision's phone #, I called,Surprise,Surprise a person answered, took my info gave me window when the service tech would arrive. the tech called asked if he could come earlier,since he had just finished the call he was at sooner than expected. He came, explained the problem, gave us options, we knew the cost before he started. We approved the repair. EVERYTHING from the initial phone call to the completion of the repair, was very professional. The Tech was very clean and neat.I took everyone else's phone #'s of the garage door. I unfortunately do not remember the name of the guy who fixed our garage door, but he did a great job. He was very nice and helpful and fixed our door perfectly. He even went out of his way to fix a problem that the builder messed up originally. I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone who needs a garage door fixed.
