I called and Precision came out within 2 hours as there advertisements stated. They performed a tune up on 3 doors right away. Some additional pieces were needed and they were back the following day and installed the special ordered pieces. The technicians were very professional, nice and knowledgeable. They deserve a10 stars however the most I can give them is 5. Thank you so much for the great service

Wyatt your service tech fixed our problem in a matter of seconds and was very courteous and professional while at our home. It still cost 65 bucks but i wont have that problem again. Merry Christmas!

Dylan was very professional, prompt, friendly, and helpful. He looked at the entire garage door system, and I appreciated that he didn’t pressure me to upgrade the service I needed. He explained the problems my motor would experience sometime in the near future, and gave me the option to replace it and save another service call to my house. He completed all repairs in a timely manner and made sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door again and would recommend PGD to my neighbors.

Had a broken spring and your tech came out and corrected the issue, all under warranty. The tech was obviously well versed in door repair and I'm so thankful for your staff.
