I had been pondering for some time on who to call for my repair job. I had an old ad from Clipper I believe. It seemed like a good choice with the service fee discount. Thomas was very thorough in explaining the different options and his recommendation. I finally settled on the best with the lifetime warranty. He was very knowledgeable and did the job completely, cleanup and all in less than one hour. Thomas is a 5 star associate.

I installed an insulated garage door. The process from sales through installation was handled professionally. All meetings were on time and the installation by Shane went smoothly. I also appreciated Shane taking time to walk through maintenance so the new doors will look and function properly for years. I recently had to replace the spring on my garage door. I called Precision on the weekend and was able to have a technician come to my hose that day. When the technician, Lyle , arrived he was very courteous and explained all my options to me. I decided to upgrade everything that was subpar and or broken.Lyle was fantastic and knew what he was doing beyond a doubt. I would highly recommend Precision for anything related to garage doors. Had a broken spring and your tech came out and corrected the issue, all under warranty. The tech was obviously well versed in door repair and I'm so thankful for your staff.
