By now I have had estimates from 2 companies. Mr. Jeremy Wessels, Sales Technition from Precision presented a very professional approach to my requirements for a new garage door. With my technical background I asked numerous tech questions which were answered completely. After considerable time I compared my two quotes and the Precision quote was superb by far. I am waiting for the installation at this time.

Chris, the repairman was very professional and courteous, and worked extremely hard on replacing the large white plastic "Drive Gear" inside the Chamberlain Box, which, after 20 years, was completely stripped. Thankfully, the motor is still working well, so with his good work, and my prayers, the bill was $238, instead of $299..... Sincerely, Ted Schempp

I called and Precision came out within 2 hours as there advertisements stated. They performed a tune up on 3 doors right away. Some additional pieces were needed and they were back the following day and installed the special ordered pieces. The technicians were very professional, nice and knowledgeable. They deserve a10 stars however the most I can give them is 5. Thank you so much for the great service

Dylan was very professional, prompt, friendly, and helpful. He looked at the entire garage door system, and I appreciated that he didn’t pressure me to upgrade the service I needed. He explained the problems my motor would experience sometime in the near future, and gave me the option to replace it and save another service call to my house. He completed all repairs in a timely manner and made sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door again and would recommend PGD to my neighbors.
