David was my technician, and he explained everything to me and provided me with quality work. I would never use your company. All we had was a simple job to fix our garage door that the cable was off the track. Your guy was very nice but wanted to replace all the parts for our garage door (which didn't need it) for $600. And that was the cheapest of the three estimates he gave us!!! So I called a different local company they came and fixed what was wrong in 30 minutes, No parts needed and the total bill was $96.25!!!!! Your company is a complete rip-off. I will never recommend you or your services.

I love Precision doors! I have had to have them come out several times because we have messed the garage doors up. U not pulling up enough in the garage. I have been very lucky to get Brandon each time. There isn't a nicer young man. He is kind, honest and just a good guy. You feel very safe and taken care!

Technician was professional and did good job. I feel the price was a little excessive based on work performed on my garage door in another state recently. $645 for replacing springs , rollers and hub seems high.

Austin just fixed our garage door. I am so impressed. He was such a nice guy. Austin was very honest and so polite. He fixed our garage door in less than an hour and it works like a jewel. It was the exact price that he had told me it would be. Precision is definitely a company that I would recommend and I would definitely call them again if there ever is a need!!

I give them 5 stars for sure. We have used Precision in the past and always found them to be prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. Today our garage door only needed a minor adjustment and the service man fixed it at no charge! They have our business locked up now for sure.

This is my second experience with Premier. Both in 2012 and now, I have been very pleased with the timeliness, efficiency, and skill set of the service techs. With today's work request, Brandon and his assistant were on time, provided clear informations and instructions, installed a new opener, and straightened out some amateur electrical installation that the previous homeowner did on the opener that was installed in 2002. And they cleaned up thoroughly! Thank you Premier!
