I give them 5 stars for sure. We have used Precision in the past and always found them to be prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. Today our garage door only needed a minor adjustment and the service man fixed it at no charge! They have our business locked up now for sure.

This is my second experience with Premier. Both in 2012 and now, I have been very pleased with the timeliness, efficiency, and skill set of the service techs. With today's work request, Brandon and his assistant were on time, provided clear informations and instructions, installed a new opener, and straightened out some amateur electrical installation that the previous homeowner did on the opener that was installed in 2002. And they cleaned up thoroughly! Thank you Premier!

Jared Ange was a master at replacing my two openers. The newer belt drive openers are extremely quiet and very smooth. It was very evident Jared knew all the little tricks to install the units quickly and accurately. I am very pleased with the installation and would request Jared for any further needs in the future. The Service technician was very prompt. He came 10 or so minutes before the scheduled time.........This is very rare! He was able to fix the major issue in less than 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend your company to neighbors, etc.

Had Precision Door install new opener, springs, and rails in 2012 and never regretted it. In March 2016 had an intermittent problem with opening and closing door. Called Friday evening and had appt. on Saturday. Brandon checked over door and found the work in 2012 was not up to his standards. Contacted his boss and just about completely reaccomplished the work, to include new parts, at no cost.

Website is misleading. Needed spring repair on a single garage door. Website has a coupon for spring repair, but I was told by the technician, "the company no longer does partial repairs." Lowest estimate given for the repair was $519. Calling somebody else.
