Our tech, Thomas Hoffman, provided A+ customer service which is hard to find nowadays. He was very thorough with the sales cycle, which made it a seamless and stress free experience. Precision was the only company I called; however, will recommend going forward based on overall customer satisfaction.
We agree it is very hard to find A+ customer service these days. We strive hard to always make that our #1 priority. Very pleased you had such an amazing experience with us! Please let us know if we can be of assistance in the future. Thank you for your kind words!

I love Precision doors! I have had to have them come out several times because we have messed the garage doors up. U not pulling up enough in the garage. I have been very lucky to get Brandon each time. There isn't a nicer young man. He is kind, honest and just a good guy. You feel very safe and taken care!
This must be one of the nicest reviews I've received! Brandon is definitely a treasure to us. All of our Technicians make you feel safe and taken care of. We are a blessed company. Thank you for your continued business!

Technician was professional and did good job. I feel the price was a little excessive based on work performed on my garage door in another state recently. $645 for replacing springs , rollers and hub seems high.

This is my second experience with Premier. Both in 2012 and now, I have been very pleased with the timeliness, efficiency, and skill set of the service techs. With today's work request, Brandon and his assistant were on time, provided clear informations and instructions, installed a new opener, and straightened out some amateur electrical installation that the previous homeowner did on the opener that was installed in 2002. And they cleaned up thoroughly! Thank you Premier!
Thank you for being such a loyal and longstanding customer!! It is truly our pleasure doing business with you. Thank you for the amazing feedback!

Jared Ange was a master at replacing my two openers. The newer belt drive openers are extremely quiet and very smooth. It was very evident Jared knew all the little tricks to install the units quickly and accurately. I am very pleased with the installation and would request Jared for any further needs in the future. Jared was a pleasure to work with.
