My tech Stephen was amazing, 5 stars all the way, not only did he come across town at the end of the day, he was delighted and conforting during the repair. He went over all the details before he started and gave me all the options I could pick to have replaced. He went above a beyond during the work and even after by looking over the whole setup to make sure nothing else was out of place or going to faultier in the near future. I would recommend Stephen to anyone lucky enough to have him come by.

My garage door stuck half-way open on a Sunday afternoon. I had no expectation of weekend service, much less prompt and professional service. I was very pleasantly surprised; a technician was dispatched within the hour. Brandon was courteous and professional as well as quick to fix the issue. 5 Stars for sure! The customer service representative was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful when I called to make an appointment. I was so happy that a technician would be able to come out the next morning, which was a Sunday. The technician, Brandon Christensen, arrived on time and called before hand to let me know he was on his way. He was very nice, professional and let me know exactly what was needed to repair my garage door. He did a thorough job & didn't waste time. I would definitely contact Precision in the future should I have a need. I will also refer others to your company as I really was impressed. Thank you!

Our garage door, installed by Precision before we bought the house, wouldn't open. It turned out some bolts had come loose, nothing more. The serviceman showed up on time, was very pleasant and fixed the door - NO CHARGE. You now have a lifelong customer.

Would not recommend. They wanted to replace my spring with a new install of an extra springs. They refused to only replace my spring as it has worked for 10 years. I called someone else and just lost a half day, thus not a big deal. That is until I started discussing my door repair at work and found out Precision did the same thing to them. They are fast and professional, however does seem like they like to put in extra springs.

Your Technician, Stephen Barrett, did a fantastic job under extremely cold conditions. (January 7th-The high was about 9 Degrees) I was prepared to replace the entire Door and Opener, but he was able to perform a Double Door Overhaul for much less money. He replaced Overhead Springs, Torsion Springs, Bearings, Rollers, Cables, and Vertical Tracks. The Door was not installed properly by one of your Competitors, who is no longer in Business and their Lifetime Warranty is obviously worthless. Stephen identified the issues and corrected every error. I have already recommended your Company to several of my Co-workers. To say I am Completely Satisfied is an Understatement.

Precision Door exceeded my expectations! One of the most recent winter storms left me outside the garage door and skating on ice to my unprotected back door. I grabbed my iPad and looked up overhead door and saw Precision Door. I used their website and saw that they would come out within 24 hours. It was around 8 30pm. At 11 30 am the following morning, the capable and professional technician had replaced the dead wall mount control and installed new rollers on the door. It works beautifully. I also bought 2 additional controls. Thank you for your prompt services.

I give the service 1 star. I was quote a charge of $69.00 and if repair was made there would be additional charges. My son backed into the garage door while in motion and the right side last roller was knocked off track. The technician explained my door need replacing; that had cracks near the hinges and the screws were loosen. I asked the technician would he put the door back on track. He did. He explain to me different prices for a new door. For him to put the door on track where I could raise it manually cost me $149.00. Talking with the receptionist of what happen to my garage door, was my understanding it would cost $69.00.

Not only are they prompt but they are very honest and knowledgeable about all products and garage door models.

I would give them no stars if possible. I needed the cable put back on our garage door to get it back in working order. I called Precision because of their ability to come same day and reviews online. When the tech came out, he told me that I needed over $600 in updates/repairs, and at minimum to get door working again it would be $469. I didn't get work done. Called another garage door company who came out within an hour and total repair and checking of other 2 doors for any needed repair was $124.00!!! Door works excellently, funny how it didn't really need almost $500 in work to get the door working. Won't ever be calling Precision again. Recommend you don't eithet unless you've just got money to throw away.

Service was very prompt, same day. My technician was very kind and professional. My garage door openers are very old and both had broken the same parts. Unfortunately, they are so old that Precision was not able to repair them because they do not carry the needed parts. I was given a proposal for a complete overhaul of the systems plus new new openers. When I am ready to replace them, I will certainly call on them again.

I had a broken cable on one of my doors that Precision had previously converted from a side spring operation. The cable broke, and you sent a technician out on Sunday to repair the door. He replaced the cable and told me that there was no charge, since the cable was covered under the warranty. We have converted all of the doors and could not be happier with the service. A great product with great technicians.

They do a good job of responding to your call that day. I called with an issue and they sent someone out that evening at 6:30. however, I had sticker shock on the price. they wanted $730 to fix the spring on the door and I called another company and got it done for $290. Be sure to compare pricing before you have them do the job.
