Your company was the only one that I called that answered the telephone. The person answering was polite and got right down to business. The technician called me before comming out and was early getting to us. He got the damaged door down and out so that we didn't have a safety issue any longer. Next day he came back and installed a new door that we like better than our old one. This is a new home and so the door that I damaged was only 3 months old. The new motor drive and door are both superior to our old one. Mr Bonor didn't waste time and was professional and cleaned up after the job was done. My homeowners insurance representitive commented that the paperwork was well done and left nothing to interpretation. Got my settlement done fast because of that! first time I used Precision, the spring had sprung and there was no escape! They were there quickly, got our cars out and then proceeded to fix us up. The second time was a few years later and a nail had interfered with the cabling. Again, the guy that came out was professional, gave me options and then fixed us up in a very timely manner. Well, the reason I called was an emergency. My door rollers had fallen out on one side.{3}. I and a friend could not get it fixed. Your office is in Pegram so I thought the closer the better. Jared, got here and explained the charges to repair. I am not in a position to pay the 300.00 fee. So he listened to me rant and rave and was VERY understanding. I was thankful that he was very professional. The technician arrived early (called first to check if ok and able to be there)the next morning (could've had an appointment that evening of call if I was willing and able). A tad more expensive than expected but Merrick arranged to arrive much earlier than scheduled and completed broken spring repair quickly on a Sunday morning. To my wife's delight, since garage door now opened, I was now able to access our lawn mower. I'd love to vote Merrick down for showing up earlier than expected but that wouldn't be right. Lawn looks good though. Seriously, I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Scheduling a day and time for the technician to make the service call was easily done with many options offered. The technician actually called on the day of the appointment and offered to come earlier as his prior jobs had been completed quicker than he planned. Upon arriving I advised as to the reason for my service call. The technician listened attentively and then provided insight as to what might be the problem and possible resolutions. The technician was clearly very experienced and professional in his communication. The technician quickly fixed the problem and then noted several other possible maintenance issues that I would not have noticed. The technician suggested a course of action but did not do any work until he thoroughly explained what would be done, why it should be done and the cost of doing it. The work was completed quickly and professionally with the technician reviewing the work performed and the 23 (I think) point inspection that is part of the service. I would highly recommend this company for garage door installs or service. I only wish all service providers were as professional as this one.
