For the past five to six years, our garage door has made an awful noise when it was opened and closed. We had two different companies come out; but after each time, we were left with the same old loud grinding clank. Then, I called Precision Doors. We had received a coupon from them in the mail. The service was very prompt. The technician told us there was nothing he could do to stop the noise, the old rollers were what they were. He could replace the rollers, which he did, and re-align the door, which he did, and wow! what a difference. A great experience and definitely "5 Stars"! Thank you so much.

My garage door was not opening or closing properly. I heard an add on the radio about precision door and called. I got an appointment the next day. The guy came out for the appointment time on time and he even called ahead to let me know he was on his way. The tech looked at the door, explained what was wrong and explained he could fix it. I okayed the repairs and the charges. The door is fixed and makes it much easier to come in and out of the garage. I'm one happy customer.

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the installation of two new Precision garage door openers and the repairs that was done on the doors at the same time. Brian was very professional, courteous and he went above and beyond our expectations to insure that we were completely satisfied with the installation and repair work. There was no high pressure to upgrade to the new openers; however he did an excellent job of explaining the benefits of installing new openers. We had problems with our garage door closing half way and retracting again. Jared Ange with his problem-solving attitude figured out that it was not the opener, but instead our old and loose hinges, which caused friction against the frame. After replacing them with better quality hinges he eliminated the friction and solved the issues. Jared is professional and dedicated to customer satisfaction. He fixed the problems without any upsaling pressure, and the fees were reasonable.

Garage door died on a holiday weekend ( Saturday, July 5). door was so heavy could not be opened manually (at least by us), and both vehicles were stranded in the garage, leaving us prisoners in our own home! Picked Precision off the internet since advertised 7/24 and holiday service (same-day!). App't. set for afternoon. Brandon, the tech, arrived early, quickly assessed the problem and offered options for repair. We chose an option, Brandon went to work (had all needed parts on truck) and door was repaired in 90 minutes. Repair was not inexpensive but,considering the situation, we were very pleased to get the repair done, We would use Precision again for any future garage door needs.

I do not remember my technician's name but he was a very polite young man. Both of my garage doors were having issues. He gave me good data on replacing them vs. repairing them. I decided to see if he could fix them and he did. I bought a new remote and a exterior keypad. Everything is working great. I will be coming back to you guys when I need new openers or if i decide to upgrade the look of the doors.

Your company was the only one that I called that answered the telephone. The person answering was polite and got right down to business. The technician called me before comming out and was early getting to us. He got the damaged door down and out so that we didn't have a safety issue any longer. Next day he came back and installed a new door that we like better than our old one. This is a new home and so the door that I damaged was only 3 months old. The new motor drive and door are both superior to our old one. Mr Bonor didn't waste time and was professional and cleaned up after the job was done. My homeowners insurance representitive commented that the paperwork was well done and left nothing to interpretation. Got my settlement done fast because of that! Please share my comments with anyone that might be considering your services or products. Top notch service and repair and top notch product. We are very satisifed and happy to recomend your company. first time I used Precision, the spring had sprung and there was no escape! They were there quickly, got our cars out and then proceeded to fix us up. The second time was a few years later and a nail had interfered with the cabling. Again, the guy that came out was professional, gave me options and then fixed us up in a very timely manner. I called Precision in the evening, and they were able to come out the very next morning to service my garage door. Lawrence did an excellent job of fixing my non-functioning garage eyes and installing new rollers to make the door close smoothly. He also replaced the weather stripping on the bottom of the door as the old strip was cracked and letting water into the garage when it rained. Thanks again!

The technician was nice and the response was quick, but I was floored by the price being 4x what I paid for a new opener... just to get it back in working order. I know these aren't apples to apples but it was still a major shock. I needed it fixed so I had to pay. If the technician wasn't as nice the score would have been much lower.
