Did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, can't ask for much more that that. Very happy with work and pretty sure I will order new grage doors from them in the next couple of weeks.

The technician was very knowledgeable about the type of doors and openers I had and offered alternatives for the repair. The price was competitive and reasonable. I will uae them again. My garage door stop working Sunday about 5 pm. I looked in the phone book and called Precision thinking to schedule an appointment for the following day, but they were able to come out and repair the door that same night. Thanks Stephen.

I would give them no stars if possible. I needed the cable put back on our garage door to get it back in working order. I called Precision because of their ability to come same day and reviews online. When the tech came out, he told me that I needed over $600 in updates/repairs, and at minimum to get door working again it would be $469. I didn't get work done. Called another garage door company who came out within an hour and total repair and checking of other 2 doors for any needed repair was $124.00!!! Door works excellently, funny how it didn't really need almost $500 in work to get the door working. Won't ever be calling Precision again. Recommend you don't eithet unless you've just got money to throw away.

Service was very prompt, same day. My technician was very kind and professional. My garage door openers are very old and both had broken the same parts. Unfortunately, they are so old that Precision was not able to repair them because they do not carry the needed parts. I was given a proposal for a complete overhaul of the systems plus new new openers. When I am ready to replace them, I will certainly call on them again.

Lawrence was excellent and he knew exactly what the problem was in 5 minutes. He had it working in 10 minutes and I knew it was fixed right. Very courteous and efficient. Love these guys.

I had a broken cable on one of my doors that Precision had previously converted from a side spring operation. The cable broke, and you sent a technician out on Sunday to repair the door. He replaced the cable and told me that there was no charge, since the cable was covered under the warranty. We have converted all of the doors and could not be happier with the service. A great product with great technicians.

They do a good job of responding to your call that day. I called with an issue and they sent someone out that evening at 6:30. however, I had sticker shock on the price. they wanted $730 to fix the spring on the door and I called another company and got it done for $290. Be sure to compare pricing before you have them do the job.

The technician was nice and the response was quick, but I was floored by the price being 4x what I paid for a new opener... just to get it back in working order. I know these aren't apples to apples but it was still a major shock. I needed it fixed so I had to pay. If the technician wasn't as nice the score would have been much lower.

For the past five to six years, our garage door has made an awful noise when it was opened and closed. We had two different companies come out; but after each time, we were left with the same old loud grinding clank. Then, I called Precision Doors. We had received a coupon from them in the mail. The service was very prompt. The technician told us there was nothing he could do to stop the noise, the old rollers were what they were. He could replace the rollers, which he did, and re-align the door, which he did, and wow! what a difference. A great experience and definitely "5 Stars"! Thank you so much.

My garage door was not opening or closing properly. I heard an add on the radio about precision door and called. I got an appointment the next day. The guy came out for the appointment time on time and he even called ahead to let me know he was on his way. The tech looked at the door, explained what was wrong and explained he could fix it. I okayed the repairs and the charges. The door is fixed and makes it much easier to come in and out of the garage. I'm one happy customer.

We had problems with our garage door closing half way and retracting again. Jared Ange with his problem-solving attitude figured out that it was not the opener, but instead our old and loose hinges, which caused friction against the frame. After replacing them with better quality hinges he eliminated the friction and solved the issues. Jared is professional and dedicated to customer satisfaction. He fixed the problems without any upsaling pressure, and the fees were reasonable.
