A tad more expensive than expected but Merrick arranged to arrive much earlier than scheduled and completed broken spring repair quickly on a Sunday morning. To my wife's delight, since garage door now opened, I was now able to access our lawn mower. I'd love to vote Merrick down for showing up earlier than expected but that wouldn't be right. Lawn looks good though. Seriously, I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Scheduling a day and time for the technician to make the service call was easily done with many options offered. The technician actually called on the day of the appointment and offered to come earlier as his prior jobs had been completed quicker than he planned. Upon arriving I advised as to the reason for my service call. The technician listened attentively and then provided insight as to what might be the problem and possible resolutions. The technician was clearly very experienced and professional in his communication. The technician quickly fixed the problem and then noted several other possible maintenance issues that I would not have noticed. The technician suggested a course of action but did not do any work until he thoroughly explained what would be done, why it should be done and the cost of doing it. The work was completed quickly and professionally with the technician reviewing the work performed and the 23 (I think) point inspection that is part of the service. I would highly recommend this company for garage door installs or service. I only wish all service providers were as professional as this one.

The Precision service and installation was first class. I had two garage door openers, outside key pads and new rollers installed. Lawrence was very knowledgeable and efficient with the installation. He helped program both cars to the new openers. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing new garage door openers or service.

Service was provided same day as called. Service tchnician was knowledgable and friendly and completed all repairs and installation of new springs and support bars quickly and efficiently. Any additional damage to existing door seems to have been prevented and opening / closing is considerably improved.

Recently bought house with about a 12 year old door system. I was having problems with the door working all the time. Shane came and could not duplicate the problem, but he showed me where the problem was probably centered. 2 days later it started acting up again so I called back to schedule to have a rebuild job on my door. Shane showed up ahead of time and rebuilt my system. Works good now. Second rebuild job I've had in less than a year. They did a real good job on my last house. d

Merrick from precision garage doors was above and beyond the definition of true customer service. It was pouring rain the entire day he installed our garage doors, but he diligently worked to get the job done. He was soaking wet, but always kept a positive attitude. He informed my wife and I throughout the purchasing and installation process and helped us make the best choice selection for our home. A handle was missing from our install kit and Merrick quickly pointed out the issue and had another one on order that day. He also waited for my wife to arrive to help her program the garage doors with her car remote. We are very very please with the service we have received so far from your company. Mr. Shane Hawk reviewed our garage door support systems: broken spring, bad spring shaft, leaking rollers, bent chain transport, and Genie garage door opener with broken supports. All parts were about twenty years old. Based upon Mr. Hawk's assessment (plus my own experience with the failing system) I decided to replace all support parts. Mr. Hawk explained what he was going to do, did it, was very efficient, and was finished in just a few hours. The Precision system is soooooo... quiet, and we look forward to many years of trouble free service. A very good repair experience with Precision.

my wife uses you at metro animal control and was familiar with your service. When the repairman came she recoganized him. He did a great job and even suggested new rollars which were too expensive for us at the time, 170$ each door. We would have done it $170 to $200. Over all excellant will use you again.

After researching replacement springs on the internet, I realized that I should not take on this task.
