Sean, Just wanted to drop you a note about Todd Noel, Precision Door Tech who took care of my garage door opener problems. He's awesome! Todd was prompt, courteous & willing to inspect my garage door tracks plus the rollers to insure proper up & down operation. Todd was the 2nd PDS tech who came to fix my garage door problems & was just as competent & courteous as the tech before him. I can't speak for your other techs, often a different person may not be able to give the same service as the original tech. This is not so with Precision Door fortunately for me! All was super!!! Keep up your quality, it pays!!! Thanks R.S. McAdams

Excellent work by a tremendous asset to Precision Door Service. Shane did a wonderful job. He was on time, completed the job when he said he would, and best of all, he explained everything fully. Precision Door Service should be extremely happy to have someone of Shane's caliber on their staff. While Precision might not be the least expensive in the market, you get what you pay for, a quality product and excellent customer service.
