This morning after hearing a loud noise we discovered the spring on our garage door had broken in half. Of course, the car was in the garage and we were unable to lift the door manually. After checking online, I called Precision and our experience with this company could not have been more positive. By noon, technician, Brandon Christensen was repairing the door. His level of expertise, professionalism and courtesy was exceptional. He is a definite asset to Precision Door Service. We would not hesitate to use this company again. Definitely 5 star!

I purchased a garage door opener about 200 days ago. Yesterday, the entire mechanism collapsed. Called precision, they sent out Brian (amazing!) to fix what a prior installer did poorly.
