I see other reviewers have commented about the cost. I needed a total garage door replacement. I knew that before the technician first came so there was no attempt to sell me something I did not need. I opted to go with the lifetime warranty and upgraded everything I could upgrade. The door is great, the features are great and the door was installed properly and quickly. I do not ever have to worry about the garage door again, all is covered. Well worth the price I paid.

I called Precision on Friday afternoon when my spring broke and my garage door failed, leaving my car locked in. I was in a panic because I needed my car for the weekend. Precision promised to come Friday night and did so. The technician, Chris Norfleet, explained my options. I chose the complete overhaul because my door had never been serviced or repaired. He stayed later than he intended because he met further unexpected problems, but completed the work for the named price. I think I got a bargain. I give Precision an A+ for their service and another A+ for their product. This is a professional and first-class operation.

We have "antique" garage doors, which occasionally present problems. One was being very balky, getting stuck. In later July, we had some parts replaced/repaired, and the door worked smoothly for almost a month. Then, the wire cables came off the pulleys. Brian came and put them back on. Since, then, only minor bulkiness has occurred. One of the openers seems to work better than the other.

Merrick came out last year and again this year when we called for a new door. He sent Damon who installed a new door, rails, opener and woodwork to make it safer than the old one. They were both really great and would refer them to friends. Thanks.

The appointment was scheduled within 24 hours, and the technician (Aaron) called when he was en route which is always appreciated. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Was very satisfied with the service. Not only was it same day, the tech called before-hand to give us a heads up on the arrival time, arrived when he said he would, was very personable and knowledgeable, had everything he needed to fix the garage doors in his van before he even knew what the problem was, gave us a quick quote and had it all fixed within an hour. I'm not sure how I could ask for better service unless it was free. Great job guys. Good to find companies that still knows what good, honest service is. Will surely pass along your name when given the opportunity.

Lawrence was very knowledgeable about our garage door problems. we called because back in the summer of 2012 we had both our garage doors overhauled by Jeff Z. They were real noisy and slammed against the top. The work done in October by Lawrence is so quiet we can't even hear the door opening or shutting now. We used Precision because of the prompt service and coupon received in the mail.

WE HAVE BEEN USING PRECISION DOOR NOW,GOING ON 4 YEARS. WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER. THE TECHNICIAN(JARED)WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. Recently my garage door would not open and I called Precision and was told a technician would come to my house the next day. Lawrence Palmer, the technician called first to let me know he was on the way and arrived as scheduled. My old door opener had to be replaced and Lawrence was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. After the installation Lawrence programmed the remotes and cleaned up the garage and took the old parts with him. So far my new opener is very quiet and works great. I am a satisfied customer and would highly recommend Precision if anyone has a garage door problem.
