The technician explained the mechanics of the door to me, so that I could make an educated decision about the repairs needed. He gave me up-front costs on all parts and labor, along with the warranty information. The technician repaired the door so quickly, my day off from work was cut short. We found your company based on an add in the Yellow Pages. The technician, Jared Ange, came to our house late on Sunday afternoon and got to work. He completed an overhaul of our garage door and added a second spring to it. Our garage door works better than it ever has and we received a lifetime warranty on the repair. Jared's service was great!

Ricky was very professional and did a great job. I don't know if the price was the best because I did not get other estimates. I needed my door repaired on short notice and Precision was available to do it. I was attracted to your yellow pages add because it stated that garage doors was your only business. That made me feel that you would know exactly what you were doing.
