Jared was very professional and explained what I should be doing to maintain my door properly in order to extend it's life. The email that was sent by the call center after I scheduled my call was great, gave me pictures of the tech, and a summary of the call request and ETA. Jared arrived on schedule and called to confirm the exact time.

When I called for an estimate to repair my door (on a Sunday), I had no idea that someone would be out the same day for the estimate and complete the job. The technician, Lawrence Palmer was outstanding. He came in assessed the situation and gave us our options. Was very personable and seemed very dedicated to his job and employer. I found Precision on the Web and decided to use their services based on the reviews. Our technician (Cole) called 20 minutes before arrival and did arrive on time. Cole diagnosed the problem and had the complete repair finished within an 1.5 hours. Cole answered all of our questions, was pleasant to deal with, completed quality work quickly, and left us with some good information we may need in the future. Overall a great experience.

The technician Cole McCollum arrived on time if not a little early to repair my garage door, The door had multiple problems and required a complete overhaul including a new torsion spring, new cables, new end bearings, new center bearing, new drums and new rollers. Mr McCollum was exceptionally polite, well organized and highly competent. He completed a rather complicated repair in about 2 1/2 hours. Because of better quality parts, the end product was a system that now works much smoother than it did when it was new and exceeded my expectations. Outstanding job!!!

First off i would like to say that i was impressed talking with Jeff, his knowledge of what was going on, nice and courteous. But what i was told when i called was not very close to what i paid, plus on top of that i was charged a $20 fuel charge that i was never told about. I was told between $78 and $178 but paid $250. I called to complain and a manager called Sunday and again was very nice and we talked for 30 minutes. Before he called i would of never used them again but after talking to them i do believe they do good work. I am thinking about having doors replaced and will probably give them a shot at replacing doors.
