Ricky was very professional and did a great job. I don't know if the price was the best because I did not get other estimates. We found your company based on an add in the Yellow Pages. The technician, Jared Ange, came to our house late on Sunday afternoon and got to work. He completed an overhaul of our garage door and added a second spring to it. Our garage door works better than it ever has and we received a lifetime warranty on the repair. Jared's service was great!

I chose Precision because you had Saturday service, and I chose it on the internet, and then I heard about it on the radio. I needed my garage door repaired because it was working sporadically. The repairman was on time, which was very good, and he fixed it quickly, but it wasn't fixed when he left; but I called him back, and he returned later in the day and figured out what was really wrong with it and fixed it.
