We have used Precision Garage Door Service for different issues. However, the last one involved the track not being aligned properly. Each service call has always been handled professionally and on time. Jay has been our technician, and has always been very knowledgeable about the problem. He has always explained what needed to be done. We could not ask for any better service.

Preston Waddell came to my house to replace springs and a new belt drive operator. I can't say enough about the expertise and workmanship. He even trimmed the emergency pull cord and burned the end of the nylon cord so it wouldn't fray in the future. I will always ask for him if more service is ever needed, he is the true definition of a professional. Thank you, Preston.

I called from an ad, and arranged a service call. I was surprised to get one the next day. The tech that came was courteous and professional. He examined my doors and then presented the repair options. Once i approved the repair, they quickly and efficiently replaced the parts, and tuned up all the functions of both doors. This was a great service experience.

Every time I call for service, they always respond very quickly and Brandon that comes out for the job has always been on time and very polite. He explains to me everything he needs to do and also the amount if any that will cost me. I would not have any other company come to my home and do work are repairs on my garage doors. Last year he came out and installed 3 new door openers and was very neat and did the job in a timely mater and made sure everything was in working order. Just wanted to let you know that Kendrick Travis exceeded my expectations when he came out last week to address the issues with the garage doors. He is a real "standup guy" who is courteous, professional and easy to get along with. He thoroughly explained all of the required work to be performed and then proceeded to complete the repairs on both doors in just under two hours. What really impressed me as well is that I had called to make an appointment on Friday, 12/15/23, expecting to be told that a technician would not be available until the following week. To my amazement, Kendrick called to say he would be at my son's place a bit after 10 am. I had previous experience with Precision Door Service back in March, 2020 at my own home. That was the driver to call your team back to provide such excellent service at my son's home. Thanks for a job well done!

Tony was very polite, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, And explained everything in detail so I could decide exactly what type of new door and automatic door opener I needed. He gave me all of the information, without trying to immediately sell me the top-of-the-line. He explained the differences, what the process would be, what the timelines are expected to be. I could not have asked for a better representative of your company. I used precision 12 years ago, and had the same level of customer service. You don’t find that much consistency with a lot of companies. You get my vote!
