Precusion was chosen base on a grest experience with the same technician, Jason a couple of weeks prior. Tim recommended him highly and WOW i wasn’t disappointed. I had worked tirelessly with hours of research with even more hours of sweaty frustration! Jason made it easy calling me on the way to saying no rescheduling i can take care of it now!!! Had to replace my 18 year opener. Called Precision Door, and had the opener installed in just a few hours. The tech quoted a price and options to the dollar. The warranty, price and service time was excellent. Must give credit to the tech, he knows his job, professional and answered all my questions and went thru the whole operation from beginning to end.

I called on Monday and they came out on Wednesday. Very quick turnaround. Brandon Williams came out to service my 3 Doors. Very nice and very up to date on how to service our doors. he installed all new rollers on my doors and did a great job. The cost to do this was very reasonable and keep keep everything picked up. Precision Door is a great company to work with and I will always call them for my Garage Door needs. Thanks again Brandon job well done. If I could give more than 5 Starts I would.

One of our "electric eyes" became disconnected from the rail and it looked like it was in bad shape. I called Precision (my go to garage guys) expecting replacement of both. To my great surprise my tech cleaned it off and recalibrated it along with a garage door inspection and fixing the emergency cord (painters put it wrong). In and out in 10 minutes with only a service call fee of $65. A real bargain. Thanks again.
