The service was absolutely fabulous. Tony was very polite, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, And explained everything in detail so I could decide exactly what type of new door and automatic door opener I needed. He gave me all of the information, without trying to immediately sell me the top-of-the-line. He explained the differences, what the process would be, what the timelines are expected to be. I could not have asked for a better representative of your company. I used precision 12 years ago, and had the same level of customer service. You don’t find that much consistency with a lot of companies. You get my vote!

Precision Garage Doors has, by far, been the best company I have ever worked with regarding any sort of repairs that I have had done in my home. They have been super responsive each time, showing up sooner and quicker than I ever expected. The technicians each time we've put in a service call have been very knowledgeable and very friendly, and they have resolved the issue each time and I've never felt like I was being taken advantage of as far as the price or the work being done. I just wish I felt this way about the other companies I have worked with when I've had other repairs on my home. Precision has been amazing and I will continue to do business with them and pass the word along to anyone I know. Thank you for being great! It is truly appreciated.

The scheduling and service were prompt and efficient (same day as we called). The communication from the company and the technician, Jack, regarding Jack's estimated time of arrival was accurate. Jack was thorough in his inspection of the garage door and his recommended service. Although he recommended certain repairs over and above the replacement of the garage door springs (which was the specific issue we called about), he did not push or sell unnecessary service. He completed the repairs promptly and within his service time estimate.

The technician discovered the problem with the garage door opener quickly after arriving. He explained the problem to me and told me how it could be fixed. Then his trainee-assistant did the repair work, which took only a few minutes. Both men were very courteous and professional.

Precision is a a great name for this company so far. I went to the website to book an appt to redo my garage doors and within 15 minutes someone called to schedule! Dillon just left. He was courteous, on time (early), and thorough. I received my quote before he left my driveway. This was not the cheapest quote but with the customer service I received, I will be moving forward with replacement with Precision.

Just wanted to let you know that Kendrick Travis exceeded my expectations when he came out last week to address the issues with the garage doors. He is a real "standup guy" who is courteous, professional and easy to get along with. He thoroughly explained all of the required work to be performed and then proceeded to complete the repairs on both doors in just under two hours. What really impressed me as well is that I had called to make an appointment on Friday, 12/15/23, expecting to be told that a technician would not be available until the following week. To my amazement, Kendrick called to say he would be at my son's place a bit after 10 am. I had previous experience with Precision Door Service back in March, 2020 at my own home. That was the driver to call your team back to provide such excellent service at my son's home. Thanks for a job well done!
