The price was a little high but you pay for good quality,plus you can't beat the lifetime warranty. Brian was my technician who was very professional,knowledgeable,nice and explained what he was going to replace and what all he was going to do to both doors. I would use Precision Door again and I would ask for Brian again. I do like knowing and seeing a name and picture of my technician. I will refer Precision to my friends.

Shane was superb. He called with an offer to arrive early and was here within 30 minutes of that call. He explained the problem thoroughly and offered options without ANY sales pressure. The problem was solved within an hour. Shane also advised me of possible issues in the future because of the age of my unit. I have his card and will not hesitate to call Precision again.

Lawrence was very well trained in the art of door repair. He had no wasted motions in his work of repairing and servicing our overhead door spring and doing a replacement and tuning of the entire system. We had an excellent experience with the repair. We really appreciate the photos of the technician being provided before they get to the house. In this day and age one never quite knows who to trust. We had problems with our garage doors not closing all the way and both doors seemed very loud during operation. Pete was able to come out and explain what was causing the problems with the doors and make very professional suggestions on what needed to be repaired to correct the problems. Pete was able to perform the necessary repairs and had all the needed parts on his service truck which allowed him to complete the repair in no time. I do feel that the price is a little more then what others may charge but now we have the peace of mind of a life-time guarantee. Would recommend Precision Door to anyone. Great job.
