Overall good service for our garage door. First service was a repair from a vehicle hitting the door. Second service was total replacement of the garage doors. A few details left out during the discussions. We were satisfied overall and would use Precision again. Your tech was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We had problems with our garage doors not closing all the way and both doors seemed very loud during operation. Pete was able to come out and explain what was causing the problems with the doors and make very professional suggestions on what needed to be repaired to correct the problems. Pete was able to perform the necessary repairs and had all the needed parts on his service truck which allowed him to complete the repair in no time. I do feel that the price is a little more then what others may charge but now we have the peace of mind of a life-time guarantee. Would recommend Precision Door to anyone. Great job.

Pete did a great job, and he even arrived ahead of schedule, he was pleasant to deal with. I am also happy that you have weekend service, because I called 5 other Garage Door Companies and Precision was the only company that was open for business. The only complaint I have is that the price of replacing my metal rollers with Nylon rollers, they run around $4 a piece, but you charged $18 a piece to replace them, I thought that was a little expensive for the labor and rollers. Thanks

When we purchased our home a year ago, we could tell the bottom panel of one of our doors had been hit. One year later, the crease in the door turned into a tear, and was affecting the door's performance. The honesty and sincerity of short term help, long term solution advice, and factual assessment of what needed to be done was very appreciated. The work was GREAT and we will use Precision again! I don't recall my technicians name only because the work was done over a month ago, and I don't remember, but the technician made ALL the difference.

This door was very shaky and uneven while operating. Pete replaced the springs, rollers, cables & pulleys. After he was through the door opens quietly and smooth. He did a great job...

I highly recommend this company. After dealing with a couple of lackluster attempts on CraigsList, I turned to the Yellow Pages and found a professional looking add that was endorsed by the BBB. I called, got a same day appointment scheduled. The technician Jared called and kept me informed about his progress to give me a better idea of his schedule. When he arrived, he was very courteous and professional and diagnosed my problem seconds into the visit. He informed me about another impending problem to expect in the near future, but never pushed me to have it repaired. I accepted his recommendation and had the whole thing done in less than 1 hour. I told him that if anything ever needs to be done again, that Precision will be my choice, and that Jared will be the tech I request. Thank you for your excellent service.
