On the day after Thanksgiving, my husband installed new sensors for our garage door. While we were testing the door to make sure the sensors worked our garage door jumped track and was completely lopsided. It was almost 5 p.m. and I was unsuccessful in finding anyone to fix it until I found Precision's listing in the phone book. They answered immediately and when I explained that our garage was full of a lot of our things (we were preparing the house to be listed for sale) and it was where our dog slept, she realized we had a need for an emergency repair. The technician showed up as promised and was very professional and courteous and we did not feel like we were being gouged. We would definitely use them again, if needed.

I was quoted over the phone $79-$179. When the technician got to my house he wrote me a quote for $600! He said that was the bare minimum, he wrote me a quote for "what is really needed to get done" which was for $1000! I got it fixed by an honest technician from another company for $140 and it works great.

We had Jared Ange out for a tuneup of door, checked/lubed opener, replaced bottom gasket of door. Very professional and courteous. Only issue.., after service, the opener was rattling louder than when we started!. After further review of opener, I found a screw missing from the cover. I've remedied the rattling! Attention to detail suggested. Thank you

I felt like the technician was very friendly. He did a good job with the install. I am not thoroughly convinced he knew how to diagnose my problem and maybe we went overboard in the "fix". It was definitely very pricey $555. My problem was that my garage door would intermittently not lift. I also felt my initial wiring was too fragile so I asked him to replace the eyes.

when I called in about my door opener I told them I had a stanley and gave the model number etc. The person on the phone did not say anything about it. When the tech arrive he looked at the opener and said we dont service them. To me it was a huge waste of my time as well as his. I would of thought with your company experience they would know up front what you service and what dont service. Just very dissaponted that I waste my time and his.

Had on going problem of wire jumping pully. Repeatedly tried to repair myself but to no avail. Called Precision. Surprised to get next day service. Very compentant tech quickly realized that original installation was incorrect (rod that contains spring was warped causing pully misalignment). He corrected problem which also required some carpentry work. Very pleased with service. Easily 5 stars.

When our garage door spring broke, I began researching repair companies. I found wonderful reviews on the Precision website. I contacted the customer service rep. She quickly set up an appt. and told me that she would send a confirmation email. The Precision technician, Chris, called to confirm his arrival time. He arrived at the time he said he would. He assessed our garage doors and explained exactly what we would need along with a price quote. He was very thorough and polite. He replaced our springs. The price was a little high but you pay for good quality,plus you can't beat the lifetime warranty. Brian was my technician who was very professional,knowledgeable,nice and explained what he was going to replace and what all he was going to do to both doors. I would use Precision Door again and I would ask for Brian again. I do like knowing and seeing a name and picture of my technician. I will refer Precision to my friends.
