My garage door spring broke so I checked the internet for repair companies. I chose Precision because the web page was well designed and easy to navigate. This was Saturday and I was relieved that the website stated that service calls were available on weekends. My confidence increased when the phone spokesman was pleasant and thorough so I set an appointment. I received a confirmation email for my appointment shortly after the call. Brandon arrived a few minutes before the time he had informed me by phone that he would arrive. Brandon was personable, professional, and detailed in the repairs he performed. After his expert work my garage door works perfectly.

Brandon was our technician. He was on time, thorough and friendly. He was great and I will not hesitate to contact PGDS again when we need service. We just happened to have another vendor here to do some roof repair at the same time and it was ironic that Brandon was so nice and professional and the other contractor just complained about having to work. Great job, Brandon!

Todd was beyond pleasant and quick to identify the problem. He explained throughly what was necessary for the best outcome in my situation. He was confident and honest. He started and finished the job on the spot. I am very very satisfied. Thank you precision. Kay

Service man came out and performed an excellent job on the replacement and installation of my new garage door opener. He was very knowledgeable and professional in his work, was very courteous and pleasant to talk with, and I would highly recommend him and Precision to anyone who is considering using their service. We chose Precision because they had installed our garage door several years ago. They did an excellent job, and we were pleased with the result. The spring to the door broke over the weekend. I called on Sunday evening; they came Monday morning, on time. They called before they came. The technician was courteous and good with my dogs, too! He went right to work and repaired the problem. Because the door was still under warranty, there was no charge. I would always use Precision because they have been terrific to work with!

The technician, Rick Frizzell, took care of my noisy garage door opener. He was polite, professional and courteous. He gave me a quote and started to work on the problem. It ended up he detected the problem and did not have to replace any parts. I was thankful and I would call them again if I had any other problems. I was thankful they were fully insured and a member of the BBB. The Thomson Family

Our technician, Jared, was great!! He was punctual, professional, and very competent. He explained everything that was wrong with our opener, and what needed to be done to fix the problem(s). Our house was recently struck by lightening, which caused part of the problem, but he suggested other issues that needed to be addressed. He put no pressure on us to select the most expensive option, and fully explained each option. He left the garage clean with no mess or trash to deal with after he finished the work. I was VERY impressed.

We needed to replace the doors and when one of the old openers died, we replaced both doors, openers and supporting hardware. Salesman who came was excellent, knew his material and we placed our order that day. The technician could not have been better. The young man, by himself, removed the old systems and installed both new doors on the same day. He worked fast, but well, obviously knew what he was doing and how to do it -- the final product was excellent and we love the new doors. Can't believe how quiet they are.

Our technician Brandon came out and was great to deal with and explained everything that was needed and also why certain other things needed to be done as well and it made sense. He was very professional and patient while I waited on an answer on whether we wanted to do the additional work. He fixed the garage door and springs very promptly. My only comment of concern is not related to Brandon but instead those that take the calls and set up the appointments. They do seem to under quote or mis-communicate the prices as noted by other reviews. They should be a little more versed on the products and the possibilities that additional costs may be warranted and make potential customers aware ahead of time so they don't think repairs will cost around $150 and wind up being $500 - $750 instead. However, based on the excellent service, warranties, guarantees, etc I will definitely recommend the company to others.

Precision rescued me from what would have been a terrible weekend. Late Friday night my garage door collapsed due to numerous issues. My car was stranded inside the garage with no option to get out. I narrowed my options down to three businesses I thought could handle the situation. The Precision Web Site provided bios and customer feedback ratings for the tech team which was helpful. This information and a guaranteed Saturday morning repair made my decision easy. Chris Norfleet was my technician and he did an outstanding job. He was honest in explaining before he started that Precision's fees are a bit higher but the quality of the work was well worth the fee and the repairs were guaranteed. He finished all the repairs in about an hour while explaining each fix. He even went the extra mile of programming an extra garage opener I purchased a while back. Thank you Chris and Precision for getting me out of a bad situation.
