My door had issues that were not addressed at its installation by the company who built my garage. Today's visit fixed those issues and I believe will prevent further problems. Technician explained everything to my satisfaction and was very efficient and nice to work with. I would definitely use this company again.

I dealt with Precision before to have my garage door springs replaced and was satisfied with the service then. This time they came out to repair the garage door. The tech, Brandon, was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. He had my garage door repaired in like five minutes. I'm thinking of replacing my garage door and if I do I will be going with Precision.

Had a jammed door and had moving truck headed to unload in my garage. Made a call on Sunday and had a technician here within two hours and quickly fixed so we could unload. And the beat news is repair was under warranty and there was no charge. Great service and prevent a major issue for us

I was very pleased with the service from Precision. They came recommended from two friends, and arrived promptly. Brandon was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable regarding my problem. He pretty much rebuilt one door with springs, cables, rollers, etc., and replaced the torsion spring on another. He didn't press me to replace that spring, but suggested due to its age, it would probably be wise to replace it as preventive maintenance. The price was not cheap, but I'm a believer in you get what you pay for. The lifetime warranty will hopefully take care of any problems in the future.

The technician was prompt and professional. Apparently, the problem I was having with not being able to remotely open and close the garage door was with the battery on the key pad. I was charged $65.00 service charge for replacing the battery ( which I supplied), and for him to lubricate the rollers. He also tightened wall panel ( I provided the wall anchor and the screw). I could have been given at least the military discount ( for which I qualified).
