I’m a repeat customer that is very satisfied with the product and service. Just replaced the motor and package except for the springs which was my initial purchase. Both techs were very knowledgeable and expedient in completing the job. Showed up EARLY (which never happens) and very polite and informational. They were able to analyze and make a recommendation, but since the door is still under warranty I have to go through my builder for the final fix. But in the future, I would will use them and highly recommend them.
