My garage door opener broke as I was leaving the house this morning. I looked on Google and Premier Garage Door and Repair Service’s in popped up and looked great! I called and the receptionist was very nice and professional. They came this afternoon and put my new garage door opener in TODAY!!! Jason was very informative and professional. I love the new opener! It is quiet, has a pad outside to open the door, a new indoor opener AND an app to operate it from my phone. I can even get deliveries in my garage through the app. I’m sorry to have to get a new opener but it is such an improvement on the old one!!!!

I will save my final review until after the job is completed. A part must be ordered and installed on my door opener. I am trusting that your technician will follow thru with the job ASAP. So far, he has done a commendable job.

Just a quick note to say what a great job Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did for us. We needed two garage door wall controllers replaced. Our tech, Joshua Young came at the exact time of our appointment, analyzed the situation and quickly resolved our problem. A big THANK YOU to Precision and Josh.

I recently had Precision Garage Door Service out to my house for repairs and was so pleasantly surprised with their promptness. I called on a Saturday, they came Sunday morning right on time. Repairs were explained clearly and took just about an hour. I was given three options for repairs to accommodate my budget. I was really please with the experience and will recommend PGDS to anyone who asks!

Once again, I found the service to be exceptional. Although my garage door was not in need of any repairs, the technician, Brad, was most hepful in checking out the door's operation, and making some recommendations to keep the door working properly! A great company with great employees!

We have lived in Nashville for more than 22 years. AND, for all that time--even with a new home--we have been serviced by Precision. They are an incredible company. When we purchased a home to renovate, the first thing we did was have Precision come out and completely overall the doors and opener and the like. We recommend them without question.

It's not unusual for a Precision Garage Door tech to be "precise." Very typical! I've been a happy camper on every visit. No need to shop elsewhere. (If you're fixing to give out my name/number on your web site, I won't be a happy camper. But potential customers can always call for referrals, one-on-one.)
