I’m a repeat customer that is very satisfied with the product and service. Just replaced the motor and package except for the springs which was my initial purchase. Both techs were very knowledgeable and expedient in completing the job. The most recent tech Dillon was very personable and caring and went out of his way to make sure I fully understood all operational procedures. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Showed up EARLY (which never happens) and very polite and informational. They were able to analyze and make a recommendation, but since the door is still under warranty I have to go through my builder for the final fix. But in the future, I would will use them and highly recommend them.

Amazing experience. To be honest, I chose your company because you were the one in the area that operated on the weekend. When I called, the woman who answered the phone was great and very helpful. Dillon was my technician and I couldn’t have been happier. He texted me throughout the day to let me know when he thought he would be able to get here. Once he arrived, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the problem and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend your company and definitely Dillon in the future. Thank you.

We chose Precision Garage Door Service due to reviews from other customers. Our garage door cabling had broken and the door would not open or close, which made it so we had no rear entry to our home. In addition, our garage opener was 38 years old! Brandon Christensen was our Service Technician. He was very efficient, assessed the situation, and gave us three options for the overhaul of our garage door and the replacement of our opener. We chose an option and he was able to do the work immediately, which was wonderful. The pricing was quite a bit more than we were planning to spend, but we had not planned on replacing the opener. We were SO glad that we replaced our 38 year old chain driven unit with a direct drive unit! It is extremely quiet and was able to be programmed to open via bluetooth with my car's electronics! Love this updated technology! We are now in the current century with our garage door opener and my husband and I agree that we should have done this years ago. We were very happy that we did not have to replace the door, because he was able to overhaul the door, replace the rollers, springs, and cabling on our wood door. It is essentially like having a new garage door and we are extremely pleased with the work that was done, as well as our wonderfully quiet opener. Makes me happy, every time I open the door that we don't have to listen to that horribly loud noise and hear the door wobbling back and forth. Thank you!
