These guys are awesome! They really stand behind their work. We had some springs replaced on our garage door and it works so much better than it ever did. I admit it was a little more expensive than I thought- but we had two very minor issues With other things that were completely covered. They really stand behind their work and it is very high quality. I Highly recommend these guys! Totally awesome.

Lyle did an excellent job of servicing our garage door opener. We purchased the unit 2 years ago and it started acting up this week. We were able to get a quick appointment scheduled, since the garage entrance is our main egress in and out of the home. It turns out that he had to replace the unit under warranty. We couldn't be more please with the work. Lyle was prompt, friendly, and efficient. We absolutely LOVE our garage door opener and would be lost without it, as our garage door is and older heavy wood door.

I knew that the garage door was installed in 1997. When the belt broke, I thought it would be a simple repair in the $200-300 range. I was caught off guard when the service tech said that the belt wasn’t available. The service tech did a fairly good job of explaining what should be replaced. The total cost was $868 which really shocked me. The tech was very knowledgeable in doing the work and warmed up as we talked while he was working. I retired from 43 years of service in the Marine Corps 8 years ago and am currently 69. I saw on your website that you offer a Military and senior citizen discount but neither was used for my bill.

The service man was great. He actually called and asked to come a little earlier than our appointment. He was very knowledgable and efficient. He also helped us understand a little more about what caused the problem with our door. We only wish that he had worn a mask as we have health issues and are seriously staying at home to avoid contact with other people right now.

I have had several estimates for new doors, until today when the nicest young man came to my home to give me an estimate. I have used this company before and Dan the owner came and fixed my door. Dillion was so nice and telling me everything about their doors. 6-ft apart but I would use this company before any other. He had such a great personality and so helpful. Thank you for all the kindness and knowledge Dillion had

Jayson, the Precision Technician , was very personable and performed the installation with minimum problems. He explained the whole process associated with the new door opener very well. The whole installation went very well; however, I reserve final judgement of the process until the system is still running efficiently 1-2 months from now.

Thank you so much, Precision for installing my new insulated garage door! Your technician was on time, professional and adhered to the COVID 19 rules. I'm so appreciative because I was exhausted from parking my car on the street and walking up 4 stairs to my front door, now I can use my garage and walk up 2 stairs lol lol My old door was very loud when opening and closing, now I can barely here it when I sneak out of my house. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
