Your service technician was terrific! He arrived promptly, on a Saturday!, and put one of the wheels to the door back on track in about 5 minutes. He then obtained a replacement box for the outside of the garage to open it--this because it would not accept a new code. (My husband died earlier this year and I needed to change the code for security). The technician did this in about 5 minutes as well. Your company is terrific! You installed the original garage door opener several years ago and your number was very conveniently on the inside of the door. After having been through some disappointment working with other companies (for other issues), your company has restored my faith in GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! THANK YOU!!!

I appreciate your attempts to fix my door issue and your offer of good, better, best options costing between $600-$1000 to rectify my issue. But 10 minutes after your technician departed the problem re-occurred. So after I got home from work I adjusted the sensor that lets the control board know the door is down and that appears to have solved the issue the technician did not observe, identify and fix. Since I was able to resolve the issue I see no need to move forward with any of the options proposed. Thank you for your attempt at resolving the issue. Even though he was unable to fix the door, he did lubricate all the parts. So the door is quieter. So I guess the $65 was worth it.

Precision Garage Door of Nashville are a great and reliable company. My garage door came off track and got jammed up. I called Precision Garage Door and they said they could have someone out that day and they said that the technician would called to say when he was on the way. An hour goes by and Josh (Technician) called said he could be over in 30 minutes. Which was GREAT! He arrived and saw my door. It only took about 20-30 minutes to fix the problem. I am so PLEASED with Precision Garage Door and Josh that I would definitely recommend them to everybody I know. Thank you Precision Door!

Service man returned to replace old opener after we have waited all weekend to get it fixed. He DROPPED IT! He is now returning to the business to get another one!! He better be back soon or we will be leaving a message on the internet. Not happy about this. He came on Monday just to reset it. It worked once. We called back immediately and he returned today. Dropped it, and now we are still waiting. If you knew it was bad, you should have come and replaced it immediately.

Our door stopped closing. A service technician came out within 18 hours and replaced the defective unit. It works perfectly now. This is an excellent company that provides outstanding service.
