My 3 year old opener was intermittently failing. Brad came out a week or so earlier and of course it was working fine. He did a reset and sprayed the rollers and everything worked for awhile. Then the failures started again. I called Monday around noon and was happy to hear there was an opening at 2 that day. Brad came out again and this time just swapped out the head and was finished in about 15 minutes. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Customer satisfaction is clearly a priority with them. Thank you so much.

These guys are awesome! They really stand behind their work. We had some springs replaced on our garage door and it works so much better than it ever did. I admit it was a little more expensive than I thought- but we had two very minor issues With other things that were completely covered. They really stand behind their work and it is very high quality. I Highly recommend these guys! Totally awesome.

Lyle did an excellent job of servicing our garage door opener. We purchased the unit 2 years ago and it started acting up this week. We were able to get a quick appointment scheduled, since the garage entrance is our main egress in and out of the home. It turns out that he had to replace the unit under warranty. We couldn't be more please with the work. Lyle was prompt, friendly, and efficient. We absolutely LOVE our garage door opener and would be lost without it, as our garage door is and older heavy wood door.

I knew that the garage door was installed in 1997. When the belt broke, I thought it would be a simple repair in the $200-300 range. I was caught off guard when the service tech said that the belt wasn’t available. The service tech did a fairly good job of explaining what should be replaced. The total cost was $868 which really shocked me. The tech was very knowledgeable in doing the work and warmed up as we talked while he was working. I retired from 43 years of service in the Marine Corps 8 years ago and am currently 69. I saw on your website that you offer a Military and senior citizen discount but neither was used for my bill.

The service man was great. He actually called and asked to come a little earlier than our appointment. He was very knowledgable and efficient. He also helped us understand a little more about what caused the problem with our door. We only wish that he had worn a mask as we have health issues and are seriously staying at home to avoid contact with other people right now.
