I had a problem with my garage, which is built onto the house, when the door would not close leaving my home wide open. This occurred on a Sunday. It's hard to find someone on Sunday. However, my phone call to Precision Door Service was answered right away. Although it took a while, the employee/tech who came out, Troy, was very impressive in the manner in which he handled his business. He was very courteous, polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and I didn't feel as if I was being short-changed. I feel that I received an honest assessment and a fair deal. I'm very impressed with the way this company does business and the positive impression left by one of there employees. I highly recommend this business, and I will be calling on them again. Hopefully, not anytime soon!

I was dissatified with the service of your technician that came out to repair a pulley, screw and a nut. I was told he could replace all the hardware for $519.00 with a 5 yr warranty or $619.00 for a lifetime warranty. I call that taking advantage of a woman and a senior. My neighbor came over and replaced the screw and the nut and the garage door works fine. I've used you in the past to fix a spring, but no longer. The tech was suppose to get back with me on Monday and never heard back. Not good service.

Shane was terrific! My garage is older, it has drop-down ceilings, which presented a more difficult installation. At the end of the day, it was beautiful, worked perfectly, he did a great job of showing me all of the features etc. Even went to the extent of programming my car for separate garage doors. So very pleased..... would recommend precision to absolutely anyone, 10 stars!

Troy arrived 10 minutes early for appointment. After a complete inspection and maintenance of the garage door, Troy explained possible issues to look for as my garage door ages and maintenance I can do to keep it operating well. Because of his professionalism, I decided purchase from Precision and have installed a replacement garage door opener. Troy installed it in under two hours and made sure my car's system was synced to it. He also tested the system, including the outside door remote, to ensure it was all up to standard. I am 100% satisfied with Precision and will continue to use them in the future.

Thomas Hoffman was my technician and he did a great job explaining what he was going to do and answering questions. He arrived early (only after calling first to make sure it was ok), assessed the repair and did not perform any repair without my approval. My door received a spring overhaul and it has never worked better or more quietly. He also installed a new keypad. I would recommend Precision and Mr. Hoffman to anyone needing garage door repairs.

Thomas Hoffman, the specialist, came out this morning to give us a quote for our system that was fried by a lightning strike. He was very professional and gave us a variety of choices ranging from simple part replacements to replacing an entire system. I appreciated his thoroughness. Fantastic! A remarkably outstanding experience. Overhead belt drive unit failed suddneny mid-Saturday evening, we called them and talked to a really responsive and courteous phone operator. This is truly excellent 24-hour service. We were given a Sunday 12-2 pm slot, and the tech, Thomas, appeared even early! Unbelievable these days. He went to work on warranty repair and replaced the head unit, helped me reprogram the remotes, and we were all done in less than 24 hours from the previous day's failure. I have nothing but excellent all around. This company stands out among all the home service companies. My highest, highest recommendation. Buying the unit with the lifetime warranty was a smart move, and there was not a single quibble about anything. Love Precision Door!

WOW, Amazing service!! I called and got someone out to consult within hours. The options were explained in detail and the garage door was fixed within 2 hours from that consult. The technician was courteous, patient and explained every step. I will never use another door service provider.

A neighbor said her son used Precision in the past. I checked on Nextdoor at Forest Hills but didn't see Precision. I'm so happy I went with my neighbor's recommendation. My garage door opener stopped functioning the and backup battery was beeping! My time was scheduled for 9-12 but the they were able to come earlier which was perfect. Jared and his assistant (didn't get his name) were very personable and informative. The door opener simply needed to be reset and I opted for a new backup battery. While he didn't push any service, he noted the problems with the door cable and springs, I'm considering replacing these. I asked for an estimate for hooking up a separate door opener that was in place for the second garage door but never in operation. An estimate was given and they were able to complete the operation at the same visit. I am extremely pleased with the service, the prompt timing and kindness of Jared and his partner. I definitely recommend Precision.

When it came time to replace my garage door opener, I called Precision. They were very courteous and didn't leave any mess at all. I've had them back a couple of times, once to upgrade my outside remote panel, etc., and the same is true. Precision is the only company I would call for anything pertaining to my garage door and my garage door opener.
