Our service was performed by Mike. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product and performed task quickly. He gave good advice to save money in long run and took the time to talk with us regarding the pros and cons. He installed new rollers and helped with a bent area on the track that caused our door to not get caught. Our garage door rolls smoother and has less noise. I am pleased with Precision and will use them again.

absolutely the best--I backed into the door--called Precision-they came that afternoon secured the door and ordered a panel for the door when the panel came in the brought it out and in an hour or so they were done--all I had to do was stay out of the way courteous guys Mike and Casey--top drawer.

David did a great job! So glad I found this company to work on our garage door. They have everything they need on their trucks with no need to come back for an additional visit. Able to book service call for next day to get new remote opener. Received email to confirm appointment with pictures of Precision employees so I wouldn’t have to open my door to a stranger!!! Just had my opener replaced and the springs moving parts on my garage door replaced. My opener had failed (after 20 years of faithful service) so I knew that had to be replaced. I opted for the upgrade on my door mechanisms, figuring they would need replacing soon anyway. Troy was right on time, polite, and very efficient. Did this cost more than I would have preferred to spend? Well, yes, but doesn't anything of quality these days? Now I have a practically new garage door that opens whisper quiet.

My tech,Casey, was superb. The problem was with the remote and the garage door has a mind of its own. Casey figured out it was the logic board and not the remote. He was terrific and never tried to push any other products. Top notch work ethic, something of the past now a days.
