Mr Thomas came before my appointment time and got the job done in a timely fashion. He is awesome and gave some helpful advice on preventative maintenance that I never even thought about doing. I will definitely be adding Mr Hoffman to my yearly maintenance to do list! Garage door is back up and working fine! Not outrageous pricing like other companies I've called for a weekend emergency service call. We'll definitely recommend your company. Thanks again!

The Precision representative was very professional and knowledgeable. He was more thorough in his explanation of exactly what he quoted than any of the competition. I feel comfortable that his quote meets our needs and is offered with a life time warranty (optional). It won't be the lowest quote, but I have a feeling it may be the best long term solution for our needs. Although today was just an estimate, I would recommend you include Precision in your selection process. 5 Stars

I have to say, after I left the bad review on Monday after I had a visit from CJ, I was pleasantly surprised on how fast Jared called me to make sure he could do everything possible to make me happy and fix my door. Jared came by the next morning and repaired my door to my satisfaction. Actually he went the extra mile.
