David did a great job! So glad I found this company to work on our garage door. They have everything they need on their trucks with no need to come back for an additional visit. We had to have a new opener installed and the work was completed within reasonable time. Technician was professional and courteous. This is the second time we have used this company and would recommend them for any garage door needs.

Able to book service call for next day to get new remote opener. Received email to confirm appointment with pictures of Precision employees so I wouldn’t have to open my door to a stranger!!! Casey was friendly and professional. Turned out my old 25 year system just needed a reboot to make the remote operable. Great service call!

Just had my opener replaced and the springs moving parts on my garage door replaced. My opener had failed (after 20 years of faithful service) so I knew that had to be replaced. I opted for the upgrade on my door mechanisms, figuring they would need replacing soon anyway. Troy was right on time, polite, and very efficient. Did this cost more than I would have preferred to spend? Well, yes, but doesn't anything of quality these days? Now I have a practically new garage door that opens whisper quiet.

I chose Precision because of their reputation and because they are thorough! My technician, Brandon, was ahead of schedule, which saved me time, and checked the door for all issues. It now works better than ever.

We had a great experience with Precision Doors. Our house is older and needed special attention to make new replacement garage doors work. The Precision staff took the extra care to make them look good and operate perfectly. Oh, and they were always on time and did what they said they would do. We are very satisfied and would recommend them without reservation.

My tech,Casey, was superb. The problem was with the remote and the garage door has a mind of its own. Casey figured out it was the logic board and not the remote. He was terrific and never tried to push any other products. Top notch work ethic, something of the past now a days.

We previously received service from Shane at another location. Because of his excellent service, we called you again for our new condo. Your Technician, Dave, provided excellent service once again. We appreciate the knowledge and expertise that your Technicians provided. We will definitely refer your company in the future. Thank you.

There are not enough good words to say about this company and their employees! I have had garage door emergencies twice in the last 11 months. Both times, a service person was at our home within 18 hours. The service men are very knowledgeable about their products, about most products on the market and about the entire process. They are honest in their opinion of what we need and they are efficient. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of ANYTHING to do with a garage door!

Your response was practically immediate; your serviceman, Thomas Hoffman, was professional, courteous, hard-working, informative, and a joy to do business with. Mr. Hoffman explained the status of my existing garage door and opener carefully and in a way that this novice could understand, and then he presented his recommendations so I may make a choice. He finished the job quickly, way beyond my expectations, and I now have a system that works and should keep me problem-free for some years to come. Thank you, Mr. Hoffman.

Two people (including my brother, a most recent customer) recommended your company. Too, when I google to search for a company to help me Precision Garage Doors came up first that confirmed my decision. The representatives ( 3 visits to completion) were very nice and knowledgeable as well as hard working. They made a difficult task simple and easy for me. Thank you

Brandon was very efficient. He was a gentleman, and he saw what our problem was immediately. He quoted a price of your company replacing the sides of the door but made a suggestion of getting a product to remove the stickiness caused by wear of the door & believes that will correct the problem. We have been most pleased with the two times we have used your company. Thank you. Jim Lauthern.

I had a problem with my garage, which is built onto the house, when the door would not close leaving my home wide open. This occurred on a Sunday. It's hard to find someone on Sunday. However, my phone call to Precision Door Service was answered right away. Although it took a while, the employee/tech who came out, Troy, was very impressive in the manner in which he handled his business. He was very courteous, polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and I didn't feel as if I was being short-changed. I feel that I received an honest assessment and a fair deal. I'm very impressed with the way this company does business and the positive impression left by one of there employees. I highly recommend this business, and I will be calling on them again. Hopefully, not anytime soon!

I was dissatified with the service of your technician that came out to repair a pulley, screw and a nut. I was told he could replace all the hardware for $519.00 with a 5 yr warranty or $619.00 for a lifetime warranty. I call that taking advantage of a woman and a senior. My neighbor came over and replaced the screw and the nut and the garage door works fine. I've used you in the past to fix a spring, but no longer. The tech was suppose to get back with me on Monday and never heard back. Not good service.

Shane was terrific! My garage is older, it has drop-down ceilings, which presented a more difficult installation. At the end of the day, it was beautiful, worked perfectly, he did a great job of showing me all of the features etc. Even went to the extent of programming my car for separate garage doors. So very pleased..... would recommend precision to absolutely anyone, 10 stars!

Troy arrived 10 minutes early for appointment. After a complete inspection and maintenance of the garage door, Troy explained possible issues to look for as my garage door ages and maintenance I can do to keep it operating well. Because of his professionalism, I decided purchase from Precision and have installed a replacement garage door opener. Troy installed it in under two hours and made sure my car's system was synced to it. He also tested the system, including the outside door remote, to ensure it was all up to standard. I am 100% satisfied with Precision and will continue to use them in the future.
