The technician Lawrence Palmer was waiting for me upon my arrival. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Went over all my options, explained each one, answered all questions and didn't try and pressure me into buying of the options. It was a nice experience. I purchased a garage door opener about 200 days ago. Yesterday, the entire mechanism collapsed. Called precision, they sent out Brian (amazing!) to fix what a prior installer did poorly. My understanding is that the tech who installed my system is no longer there....that was a good move. Brian was excellent...on time...did a fantastic job.
