Across the board 5 Star rating! From my first phone call asking for help, the whole experience was First Class!!! The service guy could have ripped me off, for I was anxious to get the door fixed. My new tenant was moving in the same day. Instead of taking advantage of me the representative was honest and I only had too pay for the service call. I felt blessed and relieved! Nice to know there are companies out there still doing honest business!

Arrived promptly at the appointed time. Assessed the needed repairs and gave me a written estimate of the cost (on the tablet computer). Performed the repairs (new springs, safety cables, pulleys, and rollers) on two garage doors. Tested both doors and made adjustments in the tracks to ensure the doors closed tightly. Quality work. Cost was high but probably comparable to the competition. I would rate the service performed at 5 stars.

Service was scheduled quickly accoding to my best availability and the technician was a little early. He explained my options and answered my questions clearly, even showing me why my door opener had failed. He replaced the opener immediately and showed me how the controls worked so when he left I was fully comfortable with my new door opener. He was professional but also very courteous and friendly.
