I called this morning about a problem with our remote openers. Technician arrived at the beginning of the service call window i was given. He was very courteous , friendly and not only was our initial problem taken care of but the complete operation of the garage door was checked.I was very pleased with the speed, efficiency, professionalism by the representative. Excellent work by a tremendous asset to Precision Door Service. Shane did a wonderful job. He was on time, completed the job when he said he would, and best of all, he explained everything fully. Precision Door Service should be extremely happy to have someone of Shane's caliber on their staff. While Precision might not be the least expensive in the market, you get what you pay for, a quality product and excellent customer service.

I was immediately impressed with your web page and that prompted me to call to inquire about a repair. It was a Saturday morning and my garage door had a broken metal piece and would not close all of the way. I was very pleased to find out that someone could come that day. They said it would be at least 6 pm but the repairman, Todd, called to see if he could come early. He was very professional and was confident in what he needed to do. I felt the price was fair, especially for a weekend. I give a 5-star rating!

Impressed by the clarity and completeness of Precision's website, I called and scheduled a tech to come and install a new garage door opener. Todd Noel, the tech, arrived on time, did a very professional analysis of the garage door situation and gave me a very concise and clear description of needed repairs. I approved the work to be done at the price quoted. He began and completed with great competence the work necessary. I now have an excellently reworked garage door and new opener with which I am completely satisfied both with the service and the cost.

Chris did a great job explaining what was wrong with our old door and helping me to understand why I needed a new door. He arrived on time and finished the job efficiently. He also is a great human being. I was trying to spray a wasp nest while he was here, and I screamed when the critters came flying at me. Chris was in the garage and didnt know what was happening and he was very concerned and asked if I was OK.

Your Service Tech was very nice and helpful. He found a loose wire on the safety 'eyes' and that was all that was needed. I will call your company again when the need arises. My current opener system is over 15 years old. Rating on service is 5 stars.
