I explained my problem, she asked pertinent questions, gave me an appointment for same day, which was confirmed by e-mail with the name of anticipated service person. James was obvioulsy very knowlegeable of what he does repairing garage doors. He was fast and courtious. He explained everything he did and cleaned up as he progressed with repairing my Garage Door. I definitely rate James as 5 Stars. My garage door being broken was not a pleasant experience, however James went out of his way to get to my house well before the appointed time and even had to wait on me to get home to let him in. To make matters worse, he was feeling ill, but still worked fast to complete the work. Kudos for James :)

I had used you before. At that time I got your info from the yellow pages. This time the door would not stay down. James saw the problem and installed new sensors and the door now works fine. James was very good to explain what he was doing and why. I will use you again.

Jared was very professional and explained what I should be doing to maintain my door properly in order to extend it's life. The email that was sent by the call center after I scheduled my call was great, gave me pictures of the tech, and a summary of the call request and ETA. Jared arrived on schedule and called to confirm the exact time.

When I called for an estimate to repair my door (on a Sunday), I had no idea that someone would be out the same day for the estimate and complete the job. The technician, Lawrence Palmer was outstanding. He came in assessed the situation and gave us our options. Was very personable and seemed very dedicated to his job and employer. The only negative was the cost. Seemed very expensive for the work that was done. All in all, highly recommend Precision Door Service.
