The problem ended up being very minor. The service technician was prompt and educational about our garage door setup. One of the garage doors didn't work right a couple of days later, but is fine now. We will continue to monitor this. I would definitely use your company again and also recommend Precision to others.

Very professional service from start to finish. I called originally because the remotes weren't working. Brian came out and discovered that we had inadvertently pressed the lock button (I have never owned a garage before and we just bought this house). He reset it and it worked fine for a couple of days. Then it got stuck in the up position, and when we tried to close the door it would go down about 3 inches then go back up. I called Precision back and was informed by a very friendly woman that if the problem was related to the previous visit there would be no charge. Brian came back out and diagnosed the problem as the circuit board. Replacing it would cost about $200.00, but the remotes would not work. My options were operating the door manually (which my wife wouldnâ??t hear of), or purchasing a new opener (the one that stopped working was over 20 years old). We purchased a new unit, Brian installed it, and we are very pleased. It is super quiet and Brian was very thorough in explaining how to operate the unit, and left the garage just as clean as when he arrived. I would HIGHLY recommend Precision Door to anyone.

Brian was on time, dressed in a clean, identifiable uniform, in a clean and easily identifiable truck, and acted with complete professionalism in his assessment of the needs of my 17 year old garage door and opener. He provided me with repair options and was not pushy when he suggested I consider replacing my opener at the same time. He told me how long it wound likely take to perform the repairs and how much it would cost. When he finished, it was precisely the duration he estimated, and the cost was exactly what he proposed.
