On a recent Sunday morning, our garage failed to open. Early Monday morning we searched the internet and found Precision's website. To our surprise, an actual person answered the phone so early in the morning at 5:30am!!! We were able to book an appt for the same day. The tech called about 40 minutes informing that he was on his way, and he even gave us his name. Service was good and courteous. No follow-up or secondary calls have been needed since initial service by Precision. Would recommend Precision.

Precision had previously done work on my 20-year old garage door when the motor sounded but the door would not open. Adjustments were made and the door was functioning again. The problem reoccurred four months later, but this time the door became operational again when the technician arrived. I will continue to use my current door opener and only replace it if the problem occurs again.

We purchased a new garage door from Precision. Shane Hawk our Technician was very professional and efficent. He explained what he was going to do, when he would do it and followed through. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly. He cleaned up everything and swept the area when he was done. Shane even took the time to explain how the door worked when I had questions. I found Precision in the yellow pages of the phone book. I was very pleased with the overall service. The problem ended up being very minor. The service technician was prompt and educational about our garage door setup. One of the garage doors didn't work right a couple of days later, but is fine now. We will continue to monitor this. I would definitely use your company again and also recommend Precision to others.
