We purchased a new garage door from Precision. Shane Hawk our Technician was very professional and efficent. He explained what he was going to do, when he would do it and followed through. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly. He cleaned up everything and swept the area when he was done. Shane even took the time to explain how the door worked when I had questions. I found Precision in the yellow pages of the phone book. I was very pleased with the overall service. The receptionist was very efficient in taking all my information and in setting up the appointment. The tech was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information before he began the repair work. Eugene showed up right on schedule to give me an estimate. He told me all the options in a simple, straght-forward, non "salesy" way. Everyone was pleasant and courtious. The times were met on schedule, The tech new what he was doing and went right to work and did not goof off.He was very neat and cleaned up every thing. The suipervisor who inspected the finised job was very knowledgable and did offer some tips on what would make his job easier for him and also make the job look better. The problem ended up being very minor. The service technician was prompt and educational about our garage door setup. One of the garage doors didn't work right a couple of days later, but is fine now. We will continue to monitor this. I would definitely use your company again and also recommend Precision to others.
