After being left high and dry with a car stuck in the garage by another company I called Precision. After a short and efficient call with the central dispatch David called me to tell me he was on the way. He got there, fixed my springs, gave me great info about both my doors and was done within a hour and a half from my initial call. He even changed a burned out light bulb for me in my garage! Amazing, everyone I know will hear about my experience!

The tech, Thomas Hoffman, arrived early (after calling to confirm that was okay) and was very professional. He was able to quickly assess the problems, walked me through a detailed review of the problems and provided options to correct them. Ended up ordering a new door for later installation but Thomas was able to get the old door operational until the new one can be installed. He did an outstanding job & provided a great first impression of your company!

Today I contacted Precision to inquire about replacing the rubber at the bottom of the garage door. The technician whose name I did not get was here within two hours. Within another two hours he had assessed our garage door needs, which exceeded what I had called for, and had completed all the repairs. I found out that he is a veteran with considerable service. His strong work ethic was clearly the result, at least in part, of his experience.

Called another company a couple of days ago, and no return call. Called Precision this morning, and now everything is fixed in less than 4 hours from the time of call. Casey was great! Let me know the cost of everything up front, and no other charges. Definitely would use Precision again, and highly recommend them.
